Bad service. Ordered through Grubhub. One order was missing. Got hung up the first time. Second time, the staff asked us to pick up our missing order tomorrow. It’s sushi; I don’t think it’s good for raw fish to sit in room temperature for two days. She asked us to pick it up today. If I want to leave the house, I wouldn’t have ordered delivery. No option offered. We asked for refund. Normally option of refund would be offered to customers. We have to bring it up. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Prices have increased over the years. Quality is still good. Don’t get the spider roll - the crab is so over fried or small that it tastes identical to a salmon skin roll. Portions are great!
Max went above and beyond when we had an issue placing an order last week. He treated me and my partner like friends and we had a lovely time. Food was awesome service was amazing. We will definitely be back.
Two of the four items packed terribly. Poor taste and presentation.One month later. I did give them another chance. The same thing happened. The order arrived totally damaged. Packaging not damaged. I was ready with an iced tea frozen cube in my seltzer on a warm April Sunday afternoon. How disappointed do you think I am right now?
The food here is excellent but the service is slightly distant. They still have their Covid notices about ordering at the takeout window and, although I wanted to eat in, they bought me my meal in a plastic bag with loads of extra condiments that we had to throw away.
Just opened up here. They have better sushi than the location in Pasadena. Their sushi looked good, tastes good, and is actually filling. Great prices too! Can't beat them.
This place is so fun and simple. The service is quick, they provide a menu and you can check off what you want and how many you want of each item. The kitchen is quick to bring them out as they are ready, and as you can tell by the picture they have a lot of orders!
I am not a person to give reviews but I had the worst experience yesterday I order my food though postmates , I ordered around 7 different items didn't receive a single Item I ordered paid 30+ only to get the most basic items Avocado rolls, California roll!! When I didn't not order those iteams!! I Find it unprofessional to send Items to a customer that Did not order perhaps deny the request of the postmate's order!!!Called multiple times and no one answered the call ever after I pressed to speak with a worker. !!!
Unprofessional staff, I made an online order for delivery and forgot to include a spicy mayo. Called them 20 times in a row, since I can’t eat sushi with no spicy mayo. Every time robot pick up my calls but hang up with saying there is no one to pick up my calls. I got so annoyed and no idea what to do with a sushi which I can’t eat.
Very good food. I prefer the pieces to the rolls. But overall good value and very fresh.
