Been here a few times now and it’s become one of my favorite sushi places. Their menu is extensive and the food is so yummy. I love the soju cocktails and all their house rolls. Best baked salmon I have had in a while as well. The staff is always sweet too and management. Slightly pricey depending on what you get but so good and big portions.
If your unvaccinated no worries because there is an outside seating option to enjoy!Just a heads up the orders come in 4 pieces when you order sushi. My experience was a quick one from seating to actually recieving the sushi.Staff was top notch.& That sushi must come from the best fishmongers because it was love at first taste.Nothing bad to say here, Sushi Dan is ?
Sushi Dan offers a decent amount of unique and flavorful sushi combinations not to mention soups and side dishes. Overall the food was fantastic and the fried calamari that I had was top-notch the crab sushi we had was a little mediocre and seemed like it may not have been the best quality but the miso soup and the rolls were all wonderful and I would highly recommend sticking with those. This place gets super busy and the service has a tendency to suffer because of how swamp they are so I would recommend getting there early or ordering your food to go to avoid the wait.
We wanted to like this place, but there’s much better sushi for the same or more affordable prices in the area. We tried several dishes. The quality of the fish felt a bit questionable. The Japanese ceviche was a bit gross. Even their water had an odd taste. I would personally not eat here again.
Ramen. Has improved its old age status. Their quality is up for takeout. I haven't dined in for a long time. Before the toilets would always be messy. Not sure about that currently but the food is always good pricing is decent and rolls are aplenty.Great spot for rolls.
Very nice place, excellent service ? thank you ?
Interesting menu, varieties of food to satisfy two picky kid eaters. Friendly staff. Nice ambiance. Chicken wings were great!
My first time trying sushi ? in Los Angeles and it was the best I’ve tasted thus far.I had sushi in the past and my biggest complaint has always been the freshness. It was nice to taste sushi that was not only fresh but so tasty. The sushi rolls are not loaded with rice and are made to perfection. I asked for ginger but not once’s I used it as it was really fresh. Usually ginger is my go to, to get rid of the taste of unpleasant flavour. This night I used none!!Hit like, if you found my review helpful and you agree with me.#chicosreviews76
Tried this place on a whim, and omg didn't disappoint. The food, staff, and ambiance were fantastic. Very impressive dining experience and WILL be back!
Very friendly staff and good food. I'm a vegetarian so I had their seafood pasta in eel sauce without the seafood and it was great!
