The staff is nice but really slow. And people who ordered way after me get their orders first.

The staff were extremely rude and refused to serve me cause I wasn’t wearing a mask. They didn’t offer one. The way they talked to me was rude and unfriendly. They are violating the constitution/law. I will not go back.
Everytime I go to this location the order is ten minutes late and wrong. I try them once or twice a year to see if it's better but it's not.And today there was a barista with long black braids who did not have her hair tied back while she was making drinks and it's just gross here. Skip this one.
Usually my go-to Starbucks, however, I was utterly disgusted that a few days in a row I am witnessing them giving their bathroom passcode to homeless who are MASKLESS using their bathrooms for looong times coughing up the storm and god knows what else. Why do you have a code for the bathroom if you are allowing PUBLIC use??? I will not be coming back.

Place is nice with indoor and outdoor seating. There is no place to plug in for charging your electronics. Only negative is that the orders are slow at times. Still a good place to go, but noticed that area has more homeless population visiting.
Bad customer service I went to pick up my order. I wait there like for 5 min nobody was waiting so I was like hello I ask them if they have my order they just look for my order give it to me they didn't say anything. Bad attitude never coming back.

The new staff is horrible. The girl Bee is horrible, the vibe in this place feels like death. The manager is cruel, definitely on a power trip. You people don't own Starbucks, but it's probably the greatest thing that will happen to most of you, sad..
