Stopped by to get some frozen yogurt, and was expecting to sit inside. The frozen yogurt itself is very good, but the fact that you can’t sit inside, and they only allow 4 people inside at a time to order, is just too much. I get it, they want to be safe and all but these days every other ice cream/dessert place allow you to dine inside.
This place is lame. Still doing the mask situation. You can't sit down inside and a max capacity of 4!?!? What a joke I'm with 6 friends and 2 wait outside
Just went in to get some frozen yogurt- we are currently finished with the mask mandate in Los Angeles and the guy refused to serve us without a mask. We asked if he had one for us and he said no- when we asked why they are requiring masks the mandate is over the guy shrugged and was like I don’t know???? Umm okay… very weird. Their inside seating is still closed two years after the pandemic- like why?
Terrible service and way overpriced.Used to be a great place, not anymore.

They do not answer their phone. And when I got there waiting in line for 30min they didn’t bother to mention that most of the flavors are not available. They should inform their customers that are waiting in line so we don’t have to wait for nothing.
I really like Pinkberry, but isn’t it time to have a sugar free option?
If I could rate this place lower I would, I went to enjoy some frozen yogurt and not only are the prices crazy expensive, it’s also like a hostile experience. This one guy that works there, I don’t know his name I don’t know if he even wears a name tag. But he is so dramatic and makes everything such a big deal. I have noticed him not only making me uncomfortable but other customers as well. Makes me feel bad for coming and getting a frozen yogurt .. as if it’s such a hassle and annoyance for him. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Pretty poor service and ice cream is overpriced
Used to be one of my favorite ice cream places, but I went there recently and the guy that works there caused a complete scene by slamming ice everywhere… they even did this in front of a celebrity. Hate to see what they do on a regular basis.
