We love coming to this Philz. Always busy but the lines move quickly and the staff is super friendly. Adequate parking in the rear and cheap valet. I still don’t get the point of the valet for the parking lot ?♂️. Free 10Minute parking. Everything on the coffee menu is great. If your a coffee drinker you need to experience this coffee shop.
My barista Alexa was so wonderful when I picked up my mint mojito. Such a pleasant experience, and a bright young lady too. Thank you studio city!!! 10/10 would recommend. My new coffee go to because of her wonderful presence
1st time here and never coming back. 30 minutes for cofee?!? Ordered in person, but everyone after me got their drinks first. Finally had to talk to cashier, said their receipt machine was jammed. Why did it take me speaking up for them to notice? And then they still kept serving others who ordered after me who had also been affected by the paper jam. They wasted my time and seemed to not care. Very upset. Plenty of other coffee shops with better service nearby, go somewhere else
Estatic Iced Coffee was pretty delish. Service was quick too.
Coffee made exactly how you want it. Staff goes out of their way to insure you are happy with your cup.
For bad customer service! You have found it! Here is the best place for that! Found this location closest where I had to be and figured why not! Philz is my favorite coffee and I usually travel to get Philz but I would rather go further than this location to get a better experience. On Yelp it says they close at 5:30 on Saturdays and on google it says they close at 7 on Saturday as well. We got there at 4:55 and we were not served because according to their barista, they close at 5!!!The barista was very rude. We had explained that we came from far away specifically for Philz and he refused and basically told us to leave. there were still two people sitting there and other baristas were also still making coffee.I will never step a foot in this Philz location. The staff here definitely need some training for customer serviceavoid!

I LOVE Philz and my favorite take home is Tesora blend. Juan is a fantastic barista give him a raise, he makes a mean Gingersnap and is a nice guy! Good customer service!
I got ginger crisp drink and it was good. I usually get the mocha but tried something new and was delighted
