Considering the location, place is well maintained. Food was tasty as well.
Store is closed an hour earlier than. Specifies every night. Not sure why they cannot update their times if they do not plan on abiding by them.
Came in at about 7:30 pm. They were low on fried rice and asked if they were able to make more. I was told yes however it would take 8 min which was not a problem(1st clue something was off...it only took 2 min) We asked for 5 meals. I also should have known there was a problem when I asked for white rice with the 1st meal and I was told they were already out for the day. After driving an hour home we opened are meals and the fried rice was the most disgusting fried rice I have ever had. I realized it was not made with white rice like normal. They made it with brown rice. We also had to wait for more orange chicken and in 2 of the meals we were only given 5 pieces. We in no way were given the value that is expected from panda express and extremely dishonest.

Oct 10th about 5pm...I was tired and hugnry.Hadnt eatn for 2 full days as I was fasting.Went inside and wanted something good and fresh... My bad.They did not have anything fresh. Imagine that. All that was left was the tailings of what was there for at least 15 min. they told me. It did not look apetizing at all.I made contact with the young female employee about this which let to avery rude encounter with the cook, or manager or whatever she is...I'll call her "Karen" because that is how she behaved.SO the young woker offered to have it cooked in the back fresh for me if I didn't mind wiating for 5 minutes.I asked her , does it really only take 5 minutes?yes, she said.Ok, I said, I'll wait. 5 min will come and go and I'll be on my way... Well worth it.WRONGSo, I waited and waited and waited and finally I asked about it... the cook or manager in the back came out, (this is Karen) and said that she just now got word about Cooking up the fresh batch.And if I wanted to wait around some more.. Really?They just wasted 15 min of my time and she thought Id want to wait around some more?Negative. Refund please. She kept trying to talk me into waiting for the food to be made and I didnt really want to wait anymore.I was tired and exhausted.I justed wanted to get the F out of there. I told Karen this is not up for debate.You had your once chane to cook the meal and your employee failed to communicate with you.She then used my own words ' sir this is not up for debate'...I looked at her.. dayaaam I said..I am not debating you Karen, I was merely explaining to you the situation to justify why I wantedmy refund. I was no longer nice at this point.I should have recorded the entire incident and made a YouTube star out of her behavior.So she pulls out $10 out of the register and hands it to me. I paid with a debit card.I have not carried cash around since 2012...and Karen didnt even ask me if that was aceptable..Why not just refund back to my card? The nerve of her...And so I left, cash in hand and made a pact to never return to that location again...Their food is sub par at best, and the serice even worse.I do not recommend this loation. Choose another one.There is another PE on Lankershim Bl in North HOllywood at the NoHo Commons.The probelem with that location is it isvery diffiucto to find a place to park.OK, now that Ive satisfied my psychiatric needs of posting this, you;ve been fair warned. Ordered ahead, showed up ten minutes after it was to be ready, it was not. They had making fresh, out the door quickly.
