If you make any modifications to your order this location will get it wrong 99% of the time. After returning a second time because my order was still wrong, there was another person ahead of me explaining how their order was wrong as well. The manager apologized and told us they were down two people.Turns out the entire establishment depends on Becky and Bradley to slowly read out loud the orders like Dora The Explorer to the kitchen for the food to be correct.
Wow as soon as I walk to this place I look at their menu and I was There is lots of things that looks good I will give it a try and I got some sandwiches . They taste amazing, I really love it. The flavor is the best it rocks there isn’t a better place of sandwiches that I know only that This one . I’m so happy I finally found a place of sandwiches
So many choices that you will find something you like. I had the Cobb salad which was wholesome and filling. They have a beautiful covered patio for outdoor seating. I assume they run the fireplace on cool nights. The restaurant has parking which appears to be unusual for the area.
This location is notoriously bad if you have food allergies and need adjustments. I had forgotten and yet again today, after picking out the allergy friendly bread, we were apparently given something else and now my son is vomiting. They need MUCH better processes for labeling and preparing orders that are adjusted for allergy needs and ensuring that the CORRECT order gets to the customer.
WARNING! Pick up or delivery most likely they will mess up your order. Missing ingredient, wrong size or wrong item. For pick ups ALWAYS double check your order before leaving! For deliveries you are out of luck but they are pretty good at issuing refunds because they know its an on going problem for at least 2 years I have been ordering from this location. Just a warning to customers! Other than that the food is good but not worth the annoyance. So I have to say good bye and order else where!
Delicious food. But! They almost make mistakes in orders! They either don’t put right ingredients in salad or give you completely different order. I love Mendocino farms’ food, but service is very bad(((
We eat here all the time , pick up at least once a month. This is the 1st time we ordered delivery. We always have the same thing: the pork belly sandwich and we love it. Well, tonight we ordered out and it was awful. The meat was soooo salty, we couldn't eat it. We ate the buns...which were soggy, and the veggies (which were fresh). I feel like when ordering online, they send the scraps, the leftovers....VERY DISAPOINTING
They ask how of Mendocino Farms? I mean this spot is classic, can't go wrong to be honest. That is why they are sprouting up all over the place, because they have not only gr8 food, but a gr8 business model, and the creates a welcoming atmosphere at their different restaurants around town. Thumbs up from me
Great spot for lunch. Everything on the menu is really good. The Mediterranean chicken bowl, chimichurri steak shishito bowl, and the curry couscous are must haves!! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the inside is nice and clean.
Soo good! First time trying it all the ingredients Taste so fresh, good portions the quality is ?, will definitely be ordering more.
