I live around the corner from this location and always order online. Tonight, my food never arrived. That's not the reason for the one star. Its the lack of support from the restaurant when I called with a concern. I ended up having to place a pick up order 75 minutes later after they ran out of rice. No apology, no trying to make it right, just a phone number to call chow now. Spent another 15 minutes trying to process a refund. I will not be ordering from Lala's anymore. Things have really changed at this location..
The food is alright. A bit pricey, but alright. Angel hair pasta is actually delicious. I'd had the ribeye here once, it's pretty tasty.The service, however, could be much better. The server at our table did not once look at me, and only at my friend. Did I smell? Say anything untoward to her? (Hint: No) Or was it because she was racist? What? That was unbelievably rude. And she was quick to pay attention to my friend, but never once asked how I was doing, or if I wanted more soda, etc.It was only when I took the bill to pay when she was forced to acknowledge me. I really was tempted to give her no tip at all, but I gave her the bare minimum instead. This is not a place I'd recommend if servers exercise the slightest bit of bias to who their customers are, or don't acknowledge everyone at the table.
We received a warm welcome and service was great. Love the decor in here too.I had the vegetales a la parrilla to start and a Beyond Burger for main. Both good, though wish there were more vegan options. The menu didn't really label which dishes were vegan-friendly, though there was a vegetarian section.My family had dishes ranging from the ribeye steak to some of the chicken dishes and all found the food enjoyable. A dish was incorrect and my family member wasn't fond of what was served, though the staff were great about it and didn't charge us, plus they gave us a dessert to take home which was a kind gesture. Will visit again when we're back in the area.

Delicious mixed table of meats. Fine sides and awesome desserts. Malbec paired delightfully. Great service from Sebastian and music. Valet parking is needed if you don’t want to suffer with parking. Fast and easy.
We have been going to Lala's for years and the biggest problem I have found is that they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Not some of the time, but 100% of the time. Like, if you order french fries well done, they undercook them, so they are soft and floppy like McDonald's fries. One time we ordered the broccoli with no garlic because there is an allergy. We explicitly told them multiple times that there is a garlic allergy and yet the broccoli was covered in garlic. Last night was the last straw for us. We ordered at 8pm from their website for delivery. The food arrived an hour later (we live 15 minutes away). It was ice cold. So, now we had to reheat our food to make it bareable. The french fries were undercooked (as always) and to make things worse, we were missing part of our order! We ordered the chicken dijon with 2 breasts and there was only 1 breast there. After paying 9 DOLLARS for an extra breast of chicken, they just didn't include it in the order. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. We would have to call the delivery people. I spoke to DoorDash and they said that LALA's had to issue the refund. After sending me in a circle, I had to contact ChowNow, which was the app connected to LALA's. What a pain in the ass to get a $9 refund. I finally ate my food at 10PM once I was able to get the refund. It's not just delivery where LALA's makes these mistakes. They have gotten every single order wrong EVERY time that I have ordered food from there for pickup too. They don't seem to make these mistakes when you eat at the restaurant, but for take-out customers, they could care less. It's a huge disappointment when you like the food, but they can't be bothered to EVER give you what you ordered and PAID for! Super pissed and disappointed.
Steaks and side dishes were tasty, wine was nice, dessert was just ok, service was good but not excellent so party of 6 at mandatory 18% tip was way overpriced so won't be returning anytime soon. Valet at $7 was pleasant with friendly service who loved my wife's 69 Red Beetle.
The food is incredible At times, I forgot that I was thousands of miles from Buenos Aires.
