I went to order the #3 which I have ordered for almost 30 years. Last time I was there, about 3 months ago, it was $16. I double checked on line before I called yesterday and the menu said $16 for the #3. When she was giving me the total, it jumped to $25 for the 6 pieces. I told her I was looking at the menu on line as we were speaking and it said $16. She proceeded to tell me they would never put prices on line. Again, I told her I was looking at it and she still argued with me. Told her I’d come by and show it to her. She started back peddling. Long story short they did not honor the $16 price that was clearly shown on line. Sad to say goodbye to them and my #3.
Iroha has been a favorite of ours for over 10 yrs. They’re back to great food quality, although service has never returned to pre pandemic levels. Improvements continuing!!!
The prices here are outrageously high for the quality and flavor of the food. The 5 mushroom miso soup was by far the best thing I ordered, everything else was no better quality than at any general sushi spot in LA. The ikura was not fresh, and the seaweed salad was far too sweet. They also forgot one of my items and had to be reminded, and although the server was very nice, my food took such a long time to come out despite despite me having arrived when the restaurant was relatively empty. Will not be returning, there is no excuse for mediocre sushi at the prices they charge.
Great sushi at a reasonable price.
So the noodle texture taste like oodles of noodles , they stick to your teeth. Which is I give them 1 star on top of the fact our app came out at the same time as our food! Our sushi was utterly garbage doesn’t taste fresh took one bite and had to send it back ??
Below average sushi for way above average price. The presentation was ok. The soup was very uninteresting and lacked flavor and taste. Restaurant appearance is very dated and unkept. Seriously for the prices they charge they could've invested a bit more into designs, and remodel it a bit. Service wasn't very good either. No parking. A big disappointment for me.
Hmmm terribly disappointed. We’ve lived in the neighborhood for several years and we’ve heard this is the go to spot. I’m sure it’s because of Covid but the atmosphere pretty much stinks. There’s no music it’s not very much of a warm setting… we’re in a parking lot with tarps over us. No music. Then the food was OK… would say mediocre at best and then to my dismay when I went into the men’s bathroom I saw that they were pouring up water glasses from the tap…I looked underneath and it does look like there’s a filter but it looks like it’s about 14 years old so I would say overall give us a rating of 3/10
Awesome awesome with some more awesome they have the best baked green mussels I've ever had and it is a little bit on the pricy side though I recommend it for a nice date out but definitely very good japanese restaurant didn't really see any sushi other than rolls sushi ????
I am not fan of seafood, but this place changed my mind. 3 kinds miso ramen is so delicious. Crunch roll with salmon made me melting...So happy :)
Seared Albacore With Crispy Red Onion was outstanding
