Yo this place is a joke ... the vato that took my order was koo . I complained that I didn't get my shake wit my order, it was then maid. My kids order another shake , they were left looking at other people's orders being maid . They wher ignored for like 15 min , I then went to talk to the manager who tried to refund ma shake insinuating I was only complaining so that I would get a refund. I was upset because every white guest was served and given their order complete except for me . I'm brown , I felt very profiled and discriminated and belittle just for not looking like a had money. NOT KOO FIVE GUYS.. my kids r white cuz they mama is white but wee all felt the same way ....
Ordered two burgers for delivery with a Five Guys stickers sealing the bag. I opened the seal and the bag had only one burger from my order. Five Guys manager told me that it was Postmates fault and that he definitely put both burgers in the bag when it went out.
Service was great however the meat tasted like it had been in the freezer way too long, not fresh! A bit over prized, over $20 for a cheese burger and fries.
I went to Ventura Blvd location and not having good experience. It’s looks like fast food but it’s not. I told them, can I have comb- cheeseburgerand the girls says you should ask everything separately. So you should order your burger, topic, fires and drink all separate with separate charge. So you will end up with your meal almost $20. Anyway I ordered my meal and I went to machine to fill my drink and get catchup and napkins. I put all of them on one of the empty tables and sat until my meal gets ready. I took my mask off and start sipping my drink. My phones called I went out to answer it because inside music was so loud. It doesn’t event take 30 second. I went in and in the same time someone calls my number. I went to pick my food and I notice that they making my meal in to -go packet.(by the way there were only me and one other girl inside the Five Guys, that she was sitting on a table and enjoying her meal). I was confused that why they didn’t ask me If i want my food and to-go or here. Suddenly one of the workers jumps on me that sir you should wear a mask and I said that I was inside and I just went out to have quick answer to my phone. And he was like yeah I know but you should wear it when you walking. Anyway I didn’t like their customer service and I take my drink and other stuff and went out.
The burgers here are amazing and the service is always top notch. Their prices are somewhat up there and the food is made on the spot.
Food is delicious but way too pricey. $5.50 for fries and $10 for a burger and after tax $17.99 for both items.Jesus Christ
My second time ever eaten at five guys don't know why in South Florida 6 months ago I just moved to North Hollywood 6 days ago employee attitude the food attitude Ambiance in the restaurant the exact same my sister and I sat in there for about an hour singing song on the radio out loud having a good time we are in our fifties rock and roll all day long LOL
Burger was sloppy everything was falling out of it in the bag and fries were overly done/crunchy
The burgers here are the best and the service is one of a kind. They have a great menu selection and people here are super nice.
Good food, but they literally never answer their phone. Super frustrating and extremely unprofessional. One time I mentioned it to them there and he said that another person left the line on without access to receive calls. It seems like this unprofessional behavior is a staple of this five guys. I would much rather call in an order and pick it up when it’s ready rather than sitting in there. Not to mention most of their sodas are usually out of stock when you want to get some there.
