Rude girl at the counter. Messed up the order after I explained 3 times what I wanted by pointing to it on the menu. Can’t eat tonight because of that after waiting for 15 minutes, thanx a lot.
I would give a quarter star if there was one. I live 3 miles from the store in studio city and I can't for the love of God think of a good reason why they can't cook the pizza completely and then cut is as you order, after all there is a place on the website says special instructions. No why would anyone be interested in looking at this little gem. Well to say the least it takes Armando almost 30 full minutes to drive 3 miles. I understand covid rules and traffic situations are slowing things down but come on domino's, you can at least make an attempt to deliver pizza that is slightly warm rather than cold. My grandmother is long dead and buried but she could get things done better and faster. You workers should get together soon and go swimming in a pool of fast setting concrete and that would be a great start

I haven't had a bad experience here with both the food or the customer service. Very friendly staff and great happy hour. I love their pizza.
No pizza. No service. Terrible experience. Awful. Run away.
Half the pizza had nearly nothing on it, wasn't from a shift but just they didn't care. On top of that, they didn't even cut the pizza.
I ordered a pizza which cosat me $49. I expected to have double cheese, double Pepperoni, and mushrooms. I tipped good, I gave the driver an extra cash tip as I always do./ Then I opened my "pizza",... no double cheese (which I paid for), No double anything I paif for.. skimping on everything that was a topping. This is the second time these employees at this PARTICULAR STORE have done this to me. They dont care, and they are cheating customers on simple items like cheese,.. are you serious?? This is a big disappointment. Of course , my credit card was charged the full amount. When I go in person ordering and picking up I tell them at ordering that I will check the pizza, and amazingly, then it is OK. So, either they dont have quality control or a manager, or two bad ones. Makes me want to order other pizza....
These guys get our order right 100% of the time. We never have problems, and we are massive repeat customers. Our boys love it!!
I placed a pickup order through the Dominos app and arrived about 10-15 mins later. Despite the tracker and staff saying my order was already underway, after waiting another 10 mins, they asked me my name, info, and order - inputting the order as I told them - they hadn’t even started (or seen) my order.
Great neighborhood service! Quick & accurate and all who work there seem really NICE!!!!!
