Ok for a Chipotle. I wish this review applied to all Chipotles.Chipotle is a horrible option for the money. It costs 3x as much as cooking at home, and tastes WORSE. Food is ALWAYS cold. Staff is ALWAYS rude. Why are you so impatient and don’t even let me grab Fajita Veggies before moving over to the sides? Hold on a second PLEASE.The new Pollo Asado chicken is literally the old chicken with 10 times the salt. I have a salt headache as I speak right now. Don’t get unless you wanna spend $3 extra for some salt. Chipotle 0/10, one of the worst food options ever made, short their stock to $0 they are going out of business.
NEVER use the app to order ahead at this location. Waited 20 minutes past my pick up time with 12 people walked in the front door and got their orders.Save time by ordering there in person if you have to eat here.Food is good.
Chipotle has a pollo asado option and the meat is tender and juicy. The lady that served us had a great attitude. Loved how clean this place is.
Me and my mom were having a great time and got rudely interrupted in the middle of our meal and conversation by a worker, a chubby white guy as he demanded we leave the restaurant and kicked us out because we aren't vaccinated. Ruined my appetite and mood.I am not going to get the vaccine because I don't feel the need to get it for my own reasons. I hope this place closes down. Masks weren't enough now we need a vaccine on top of that. Losers
Ordered to go from this location tonight and our chicken and steak bowls were delicious. Portions and quality of food were great! Customer service was also top notch and appreciated seeing COVID precautions continuing to be taken and enforced. My only complain and reason to knock off a star is the wait time, line was pretty long with one employee serving causing a long delay to order and get our food. Employee handling the payments was also cleaning adding to the waiting time - maybe they were just short staffed today but I still recommend and will visit again!
they don’t even make your food right like missing stuff always. & take 30 min to make your food when you order threw the app AND are rude
Took wayyyyy too long to be able to pay.. when the restaurant is empty and it takes 10 minutes for the cashier to show up and the rest of the employees just looking at you waiting to just pay....??!
Always great here. A nice chipotle atmosphere and the staff is always nice and communicative
Been here many times. Consistently 15+ minutes late for pickup orders. Don’t waste your time.
10.12.2021 Ventura Blvd. The restaurant is out of corn, out of cheese, representatives are rude, and never friendly. Will never be back here. Wish to be 0 stars for this kind of service.
