Just ordered from this establishment and they have truly fallen off. Their customer service is deplorable at best. The food doesn’t taste well (I’ve never been a huge fan, but it was decent). We ordered 2 combos and 2 additional items and they forgot the 5 piece classics and had the nerve to keep questioning my husband when he called 2 minutes after leaving because he noticed they were missing. They have a lady with an accent there who is rude as ever. This place is (and I hate to say it) Ghetto. While there several other customers were complaining inside and out. They don’t even toss the food in the sauce, they pour it over/sprinkle it on. It’s a shame, but if you don’t want the headache, get your wing fix from Lord of the Wings or Mountain Mike’s (for location).My wings were undercooked and entirely too salty, my husband’s garlic Parmesan were literally swimming in oil. Will be calling to complain!
I get paid every Friday and every Friday I buy me and my dog Macy, a 10-piece combo all limon pepper. Over the past few weeks, I've noticed that you can't do call in orders because no one answers the phone. Normally when I do a walk-in order, there are wall to wall people. Lately when I've walked in to order, the restaurant is empty and they are still not answering the phone. Today, even though me and Macy have had our wingstop for the week, I stopped and bought us another 1l0pc combo, but on my way home, I noticed that the chicken tasted funny. After I got home, I saw that the chicken had shinny skin. This is an indication that the chicken is freezer burnt
Most horrible experience as I tried to pick up my order from one of the workers I didn't get her name she thought it funny to see customers being frustrated with the order of the pickup instead of helping the customer she laugh at the customers top of that they mess the order pickup I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!
Ordered it for delivery last night the flavor wasn’t good and the ranch was watered down wings were really small and fries were not even fresh horrible
They put a lot of oil or salt on some wings that I’ve ordered. It’s not good. They need to improve their cooking skills. I will go to different location instead of this place.
I order food 30 minutes ago and it said it was ready on the app, they said they tried looking for it and I've been in the store for over and hour, do not come to this wingstop terrible customer service
I placed a order that was supposed to be ready in 20 min but wait a hour . They messed up my order & another customers that was waiting. My frys were raw & under cooked. Also my chicken thighs 2 of then were still pink inside. My cheese sauce was cold & the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. This place is poorly ran & needs to shut down or have new management.
Really good service, fast & on time. The cashiers were super nice and attentive. The staff is amazing, food is so good, (they made sure my wings were saucy, my favorite!!). i recommend going!!!
I placed an order online and when I got there I still had to wait for a long time! Not to mention there was other customers who was frustrated too because they waited so long! Will not be returning to this location!
