Ordered 30 classic wings and 5 boneless. To my surprise they were all spoiled. Just when biting into the first wing I almost vomited. I always order wings from this location but today the wings were all spoiled. They had a really bad smell even with the sauce in them. I tried contacting them but they kept on telling me to hold. Worst service, I do enjoy eating Wingstop but now I will have to check other wing places.
It's horrible, very salty, cold, I took too much salt out of the French fries, the chicken wings were dry and salty, bad, bad I don't recommend, I throw my money away
Usually good here but was super disappointed as fries were cold, little pieces like bottom of the basket and tasted burnt. Boneless wings were hot and tasty. Lemon pepper wings were small tonight.
We were starved. I don't like sugared fries. The children do.
I am writing this review due to a terrible experience I had when I Ordered a 50 piece party pack. I have always ordered wings from this place and never been disappointed. Shortly after receiving the wings we ate them and a couple of us had extreme diarrhea, I am taking about straight water coming out, it seemed as if there was a laxative that was added or something. I was so disappointed as we were celebrating my siblings birthday and had family come from out of town. Immediately I hopped online and submitted a report. The following day I was contacted by the store manager and asked a couple of questions. Shortly after he contacted me back and proceeded to tell me that he would not be able to issue a refund because according to the guidelines the timeframe in which we got sick did not align with their policy a food borne illness. It is highly disappointing that We literally paid almost 100 dollars for us to get sick. I would issue no stars if it was an option.

We enjoy eating wingstop however this location never seems to get it right. on both occasions we’ve placed an order online, the fries have been extremely soggy! It’s as if they’re boiled potatoes! Where is the crisp?!? Normally wing stop fries are awesome but the fries here always disappoint.Tonight we decided to give this location another shot and ordered online. They gave us the wrong flavor of wings!!! We ordered lemon pepper and garlic parmesan but instead got lemon pepper and mango habanero?!? And you guessed it, MORE SOGGY FRIES! How disappointing! My pregnant girlfriend was not happy. Do better wingstop Stockton!
Need to take more time in cleaning there chicken and it tasted like my food was sitting for a long time and just added extra sauce to make fresh... it was chicken hairs on three pieces of my chicken which was unpleasant to even look should have took the time to do your job...also gave me heart burn I will never eat at wingstop ever again ? location west lane
I usually order here almost weekly via doordash. Never had an issue! Food is always amazing and done right! This time however, my chicken was not well done and my fries were missing, to make it worse I received a pool of grease for the chicken to swim in and the bag was also soaked in grease. I got two ketchups and ranch a straw the nasty chicken and no fries or drink? big fail today! Wasted time money and now I have no food.
Always love coming here. Order ahead tho always packed.
