Was able to get in and out with no problem. The store is clean and organized.
One of the greatest grocery stores in Stockton! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff that always go the extra mile to ensure you have a positive experience at the store. Amazing prices on all kinds of products and always have items on sale. Staff all over the store to help, and the checkout process is very efficient! Highly recommend a trip here to save on your groceries!
I shopped at their store. I was parked right up front in full view of a camera. I used an electric cart because I am disabled.after taking my groceries to my pick up, I returned the cart to the inside to be charged. I also used the restroom. When I returned someone had smashed my windshield. I am the registered owner of the vehicle, and have current insurance. I am parked well in my space. They won't even confirm or deny if the camera saw the guy. They say they only release that info to the cops. The Stockton police refuse to come. Apparently that's police work and they don't do that. If I had been loading up their cart in my truck you can bet cops would be here in five minutes and they would have clear video from start to finish. Go elsewhere, it's safer.
This location is pretty good but could be better. They need to have more cashiers during peak times. The store is clean and kept well stocked.
Not good. Cashier was rude in that she was using the conveyer belt. She was pushing my items while putting the next customers items on the belt. I understand, however, she could have waited until I was done. I did not have that many items. She was just plain rude. It's like she was telling me hurry up. I was going as fast as I could. I am not a robot. People are going to have to be more patient including your employees. You'll live longer. Either send her for some more training or she needs the boot.
The WinCo (s) in Stockton CA are terrible.All the staff are bah humbug except for the sweet cashier we had.It smelled very bad outside the store like feces and there were dogs running in the parking lot we tried to help but when we talked to three staff members to see about assistance or if they knew what the best thing to do would be they said let them go back where they came from.Did they even have homes? Idk.The WinCo stores in Eugene Oregon where I'm from are completely different and so are staff.
They are almost always good. There's a great employee named joe. He's always ready to help you, answer a question and point you in the right direction no matter how busy he is. Good job.
It's a good basic grocery store. Their produce is average. They have self checkout which is nice when you only have a few items.
