One soda machine was completely empty and the other all the sodas were flat with no carbonation. I had to ask at the counter to get good soda. Other then that the food was good but they should really keep their place up a little better. Also the meal i got seemed very expensive. I could have spent the same at a gourmet restaurant like red robin ECT.....

Well tuseday march 29 2022 my 97 year young friend wanted a hambugar and wanted a Wendy. Well this is only the second time she ever ate one. He single buger no onions with bacon with cheese.It looked like it exploded in the wraper. Katsup every where two sliced of cheese and her whole hambugar look like it been open looked at and the tried to re wrap. Whe whole hambar fell apart because of the maisive amout of katsup. She had two slices of chees instead of one here fryies was small and her box was almost empty. I ordered a monster bugar with two pattied bacon extra cheese large fry i didnt get the extra cheese. Fryies all cold. . No reciept. . So her second experance at Wendy s sucked. . Please re train your staff. My other order was a single daves and small fry well the box of fryies was just about empty. Cold. This is sad.
Customer service was good... food was not good... maybe it was between breakfast and lunch the big switch over.
Decent place for a fast meal, but prices are way too high for some of their entrees. $7.00 for a microscopic chicken sandwich is absolutely ridiculous, especially when it doesn't take that great and is plain. Food was customized as requested, but the experience was not at all what I have experienced from Wendy's in the past. Over priced and small portions make a return visit very questionable.
March 10, 2022 my husband and I were shopping in Stockton. My husband is diabetic, all of a sudden his glucose level started to fall off. We went to the closest food venue, Wendy's on Hammer Lane. We waited quietly in line. Only one cashier at the counter, who was taking orders and delivering food to guests in the dining room . He was not doing either job very quickly. When it was out turn at the counter, the cashier immediately left the counter. I stopped him and told him we needed to order immediately because of my husband immediate condition. Twice the cashier stated "we are busy now, I'll be with you soon". When we did order and received our food the fries were hot, but the sandwiches were completely cold. My husband needed to eat immediately so we just ate and left. Customer service sucks at this Wendy's!!! So does the food!!!!!!
There was 3 cars in front of me yet I waited about 25 min in line. As I turned the corner I can see the cashier on his cell phone. Must of been a good convo because he was laughing up a storm. I'll choose a different Wendy's next time.
This used to be my favorite Wendy’s because of their customer service. I noticed a change in staffing. There use to be an Asian lady that was manager or assistant manager there. Her whole staff were great. Her whole crew were great and provide exceptional service.However, now that she’s good this location has gone down hill. Food is cold and staff lack customer skills and all look like they rather being somewhere else. This is how my back potato looked today.
This location was once ran by younger employees that took care of things.NOW I'm at a loss for words.DISGUSTING!We waited for our food while the cashier leaned against the window.We were the ONLY car in the drive thru so the understaffed excuse is OUT.I tried the new hot honey chicken sandwich nd took one bite and was disgusted immediately.I seriously almost broke a tooth on how hard the chicken was, there wasn't a slice of cheese but they put store bought old white shredded cheese, cold and sad.I know its fast food but come on.You have to do better.What a waste of a building.
