This used to be one of the best Chinese places but recently it seems like their chef changed. The food tasted different and just like any other fast food restaurants.
Food was good i would say. Lady at the desk is not always so nice and i believe may be adjusting prices on the fly.
Best Garlic chicken and combination house rice. Glad to be able to eat inside again!!!

Found the dishes I wanted at a reasonable price
We have been trying Stockton chinese restaurants and ordering what I call the Stockton special. Mongolian beef, general tso/house chicken, steamed rice, dumplings, soup. It's a family deal at most restaurants in town. This place is the first that does fried dumplings as the appetiser and they were great. My wife subbed in the hot and sour soup instead of the sizzling rice and she said it was ok. The house chicken was sweet but pretty bland. The Mongolian beef was good and had a powerful wok hei flavor, which was nice.Overall, there are better Stockton specials out there than Tsing Tao's rendition, but the fried dumplings and the Mongolian beef were definite crowd pleasers.
