This is for an order I placed on door dash. I ordered 3 sandwiches. One sandwich was ordered correctly but the other 2 were not correct. But I the issue is with the door dash app. If u order a 6 inch sandwich then they give u the option to make it a wrap. If u order a 9 inch sandwich it will only say its available for the 3/6 inch sandwich but will not give u the option to select the bread type if u choose the 9 inch. I was not happy because I paid for 2, 9 inch sandwiches and it was for a smaller sandwich. I got my money back which I was not happy about doing but I just wished that the employees were paying better attention with my order. Other than that particular issue I really love this place. And love the food.
The food is usually good but lobby is rarely clean and staff is dismissive and rude. They never look you in the eye and idk if it's loud on that side of the bar but they are always yelling, and always roll their eyes at me. I've never seen a whole store have such an arrogant attitude and it appears Mary runs the whole attitude. The whole atmosphere stresses me out, I definately wouldnt come here to eat in.
I don't have enough good things to say about this Togos... I've been coming here for longer than I can remember... Way before I even had my girls. The staff are fantastic and even through all of the changes with the pandemic have always gone above and beyond for their customers to make them feel welcomed and ensure orders are correct. Called in my order they said 15 min, git there #9 wasn't ready so just waited received my sandwich went home after paying $15.00 and some change. This is what I got not happy at all I'm one of the original customers from the San Jose house. For 15 dollars and change I'm not happy at all for the first time in over 30years.

Stood waiting trying to make an order as the heavy set lady stood behind the register slumped over doing nothing after 5 mins I asked to make an order she just looked up and said the other lady will need to change gloves and be a few minutes! Terrible service

Great sandwiches! I love their hot pastrami and roast beef sandwiches. Plenty of meat on them.
We found a large bug leg in one of the sandwiches. I've been going here for YEARS. Without exaggeration, I've spent thousands of dollars here. They were my go to for any large event or quick dinners. My last event left people vomiting up what they had already ate. With TOGO's, you're paying premium for the supposed higher quality, but I guess not. I've been a customer since they opened this location; however, they just lost me as a customer. Absolutely disgusted.
