Rude service. Expect the female host to have a bad attitude. I ordered the filet mignon that came with some rice they got out if a Rice-A-Roni box and it was not even cooked well. Very Chewy. Yuk. The meat was tuff. The texture was the same as buble gum. Beef bubble gum is what they should have called it.I plan to go back the next time there is a cold day in hell.
Healthy choices, tasty and pleasant. Food presentation was attractive. The suprising thing was the robot server!
Food was excellent service a little slow but that is pretty much every where right now.
Great hummus (like really, I was worried about value - don't be!) and the salads are awesome. Staff was pleasant and left me to work on my laptop for quite a while, uninterrupted aside from providing refills and asking if I needed anything.Awesome place, will stop again.
WOW! This place has the most amazing food! We found it by accident - fine dining in a shopping area. We had dolma (best we have ever had), alfredo ravioli, and pistachio-encrusted salmon. All served with crisp green beans and carrots thins. Great wine selection and full bar with specialty cocktails. R2D2 delivers the food right to your table piping hot. It is family owned. Wish I lived in the area so I could be a regular.
During My recent visit to Stockton, California, from my hometown of San Francisco, California, I was fortunate enough to eat at Sugar Mediterranean Bistro. I give the SugarBistro, 5 stars because of the food and service. I am a big fan of Greek/Turkish food and I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh tasting food. The dish preparation and presentation was amazing. The Pasta Pomodoro was very tasty. The mixed Lamb and Beef Gyro which included curly fries was huge and could easily feed two people. The patio was closed when we arrived but it looked large enough for at least 10 tables. Whenever I return to Stockton, I will visit Sugar Mediterranean Bistro.
I really enjoy Sugar. The staff are attentive but allow you space to enjoy conversation at your table without interruptions. The food is great and they have a very nice wine selection. When the weather is permitting, the outside dining is very nice too.
First time here, we tried the calamari and coconut shrimp and within a few seconds that was gone like a fat kid eating cake. Their dipping sauce is the best with just enough of a spicy kick to get your sinuses moving. The pita sandwiches were amazing enough to lick your fingers but if you like your sandwiches with a bit more sauce definitely request for extra. Hats off to the bartender for the beautiful cocktails as well.
Great food, service, ambiance and entertainment - we really enjoyed the live band that played on Valentine's night ?. 02/14/2022
Food was the equivalent of a retirement home.. Don’t get me wrong it was warm and fresh but there is little to no flavor. Service was fast servers were nice but for $20-$30 a play you’d be better off anywhere else.
