Hello, I’m hoping one of the managers sonya or darrel that work here see this. Ive applied to this location today the second time and I’m hoping to schedule an interview soon. I understand how busy you must be but i really do need a job here. I have walked in with a printed resume on Thursday last week. I have been calling to check up and try to remind you both because im really devoted to working here.

I went there today to pick up a order my wife placed and arrived 30 minutes after it was ready and when I asked the cashier said she would get it for me and rung up a customer and then proceeded to go back to making sandwiches. I stood there for a few minutes when another staff member came in and instead of either getting my order they both continued to make sandwiches and had me wait even longer. I’m a CHF survivor with stage 2 heart failure I just came home from getting a defibrillator placed and was looking forward to a healthy sandwich to start my day and my wife accidentally ordered from the wrong store we never choose Sutter for just this reason of poor customer service and lack of experience. I thought the whole concept of ordering online for express pick up meant just that , cause when I order from California St. Store u walk in go directly to the front and give your name for the order and it’s ready and u don’t have to wait for anything but them to pass it to you. Instead I had to walk out and tell them to cancel my order for making me wait and lacking the knowledge of how u treat customers who place express orders versus those who walk in and need to place a order.This is unacceptable when I try to always support local and give to those who great food and service which is by far becoming less and more about speed and content so I will continue to express my experience with any establishment that has unsatisfactory customer service. Never will I go back.

The employees here have always been great and I’ve been going to this location for about 7 years. It’s always clean and have never had any issues with my food.
My usual lunch, subway in the ranch is basically my go to. They hardly ever have lines if they do they are just a few ppl so it's fast also they are very sanitary and clean.
