I understand businesses have to cut back a lil on portions and all but I ordered a tuna and there was barely any tuna on it. So I told the server that I get tuna all the time and would like a lil more cause that's wasn't a normal serving and at that point she preceded to tell me that it was a normal portion and that if I didn't like it that I didn't have to return to her store but not as nice as I'm saying it. Great customer service ? ? ?

Very nice Subway location with excellent customer service! Fresh ingredients and the sandwich was customized as requested. Online ordering was very easy and sandwich was ready when quoted. Nice drink options and a lot of variety of chips in stock. Great location with plenty of parking and the perfect place to pick up a healthy lunch!

My daughter loves Subway and the service is good.
I bought two foot long turkey, bacon and cheese sandwiches to take to an injured family member last week. (I wanted them to have enough food for at least one extra meal.) The young lady working that day was gracious and professional. The shop was spotlessly clean, and best of all, the food looked amazingly fresh and delicious.My family member had never been a fan of any type of fast food, so this was his first Subway sandwich experience. He seemed hesitant when I first handed him his food, but then he quickly devoured his entire first foot long sandwich right in front of me without stopping. His expression was priceless. He looked like a man who had never experienced food before. He was in bliss. The next day, after his second sandwich, he called me, thanking me profusely for the amazingly delicious sandwiches and cookies. So, I want to say thank you to this Subway location, for their fantastic service and amazing food.
So far it hasn't failed me yet. The staff is very friendly and never crowded.
Although it is the closest, this is my least favorite Subway location in all of Stockton! The staff member helping a couple of customers when I arrived to pick up a mobile order was pretty rude and loud when she explained what ingredients were unavailable. There were at least two people working, yet only the rude, loud one was at the counter assisting customers, which meant I had to wait a bit longer. After she finally handed me the bag, I could have taken chips and drinks for both sandwiches, even though I only paid for one as a meal, because she did not check the receipt or prompt me to choose from the limited/altered selection. This is far from the expectation with mobile orders or with excellent customer service. When I returned home, the sandwiches were not worth the wait, which was immediately crystal clear upon the unveiling. The toppings to bread ratio was way off, with twice as many vegetables as the normal amount, falling out all over the place when merely picked up for a bite. This made the "toasted" bread soggy pretty quickly, making it evident that the bread was not fully toasted. My fiance did not even finish the last half of his sandwich because of the wet bread that caused it to fall apart. A "sandwich artist" did not make our sandwiches, but rather someone lacking the passion and skill to be honored with that title. I will never, ever return to this location.
The food was perfect but the customer service was terrible. 1687 N California Street 95204 location. As I walked into the store there were two girls working. One was helping a customer and the other was on the phone. Once the girl got off the phone, she did not ask me if I needed help and turned around to re-stock the food line. I was there to pick up an online order. I had to wait about 5+ minutes to receive my order.
I got a rotisserie chicken chopped salad. So good.. Great service
