Mobile order drinks were a quarter empty when we picked them up (two venti peppermint white mochas) and when we went inside and asked if it was okay if we could have them filled the barista simply put a ton of whip cream. I get that they’re busy and that’s why we apologized before asking and were super nice but we probably won’t be coming back until they have more seasoned staff. Sucks because this is the second starbucks we’ve had to veto due to the same issue. ??♀️
Twice my order was anything but. Cup was only filled 3/4 of the way and tasted nasty. Tried to call to complain since it's about 40 minutes to closing and all I got was ring ring ring before it eventually went to a busy signal. How rude and so not customer friendly. Not happy. Over 5.00 for a nasty cup of coffee. Shame on Starbucks!

Always great to stop off on frequent road trips through the area. Just pull in past the drive thru line and park in the lot for fastest service.
The location is great half the time drinks are good but staffing issues makes me go else where since they are always closed.
The location is right off the freeway and very convenient. Right next to lumberjacks restaurant. This coffee shop is very clean with friendly staff which is what we are used to from the most popular coffee chain in the world. They have a drive-through and a great selection of drinks and food.Warning: bathrooms require a code from the cashier. There’s also a sign on the front door asking the customers wear masks. Plenty of outdoor seating if you enjoy the rumbling sound of the car is driving on the freeway.
Whoever the girl at the drive-through is with the red hair is super unprofessional messed up my drink because she was too busy having a personal conversation with her other coworker then had the audacity to continue to laugh about the mistake and then kept saying I don’t know why it’s just so funny ? Like maybe if you weren’t so busy having personal conversations you would’ve got my drink right the first time but instead you continued to laugh like never going here again.
Best drink in town very friendly people and knowledgeable on the area :-)
This one is allllways busy but today I came at the right time! The drive thru was not packed and it was really fast today. Thank you Starbucks staff for a great pick me up today!
