Today my visit was costly and a lack of customer service. Was behind a female in a blue car thought she was waiting for a correction of a drink she ordered. But nope! Her and the manager was just talking away like it was the thing to do. It’s was about 10 to 15 mins waiting for them to finishing their conversation( she wasn’t waiting for any drinks) I was gonna honk but didn’t wanted to be rude but I should have been. Decided to take a video and when I it was my turn to get my drinks. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager he said that she was the manager.. SOO I wouldn’t go there ever again. But if I do I would definitely waste their time. And make them re make my drinks a couple of times just to waste their time like they did mines. Treat customer like how you wanted to be treated. I remember your faces. Especially the little boy at the window.
Slow wait times / baristas, incorrect order.Apart from waiting in the line for 20+ minutes they gave me an incorrect order on a HOT TEA. How?? The barista smugly asked me repeat my order 3 times. I told you my order three times and you mess it up? I will avoid this poorly run Starbucks and stick with my usual and reliable location on West Lane.
This location is always busy inside and drive-through but it's always worth the wait!! The employees always trender best to accommodate you accommodate your order But when they run out of one They're always willing to provide a great suggestion gesture which for the most part oh part always is pretty good and a good fill in for my normal order.
staff has no idea how too prepare drinks.. continuous mistakes repeated I've had 4 different drinks n the only one I'll barely buy is a strawberry lemon refresher... gonna stop believing in yall COMPLETE FAIL
This is one of the nicest Starbucks the staff is great and your drinks are always made quickly and with care. If it's not right they make you another one just the way you like it.

I went here before an appointment early morning in my wheel chair. In order anything you have to download their app. I had to eat in the cold fog. I didn't like it but it must be due to covid. Another aspect about all Starbucks is their doors are hard to get in and out when you're in a chair. Not disabled friendly.
I will not go anywhere else in town this is definitely my spot .....the workers are very friendly always so positive i genuinely love this store only because the workers are the best in town and of course the drinks are always great

I mean it's a Starbucks... But there are definitely better ones in the area. The lot this one is in is near impossible to navigate in the mornings because if it's size, my hot drinks are almost always cold in the incredibly long amount of time it takes to get from ordering to the pickup window, and the lobby always manages to be closed at some random hour. But at least the staff is friendly?
