This particular Starbucks location has an issue with its store closing time that is unpredictable and constantly changing on a regular basis for the last 6 months. They are very consistent at being out of stock for the longer size straw that fits a venti size drink and it's unacceptable to expect a short small size straw that falls down into the cup a couple inches below the top of the drink lid to be ok. As well as the regular problem with being out of caramel drizzle for a Caramel Frappuccino drink. But of course Starbucks raises their drink prices a couple times in less than a year now. Less product and charge more for that product. No wonder why those Dutch bros drive threw lines are so long at every corner in town now.

This is ridiculous! I ordered a hot cappuccino for my wife and what they served us was what looked like a used drink. Hardly any coffee in the cup at all with some watered down melted whip cream. The cup wasn’t even half filled, and was not hot. What in the world kind of people is Starbucks hiring? Wow!

Coffee was bitter and service was ok. Anti-2nd amendment. Pastry was too sweet & just so-so. Clean & neat.

Worst Starbucks in stockton. Always has a super long line & it moves slower than most. I’d recommend Ben holt or Lincoln center for a more professional and faster baristas & I live down the street from March lane Starbucks. They shut down the lobby without even putting signs & they don’t ever have your mobile orders ready on time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Arrived at 5:30 am, which are the posted store hours. Stood outside for 15 minutes while the employees walked passed the door never unlocking it and just continuously looking

This place over charged me I was a partner I know she did It wrong and the little asain girl talked to me like I was stupid...their corporate office confirmed she did charger me wrong. Had she simply asked somebody else to clarify and just fix the situation I wouldn't be doing this right now because there are more diplomatic ways to handle things but some people just need to be called out.

Friendly and helpful staff.....5 stars all the way.
