This location seems to always be out of stock on most of their items. My orders were always incomplete so I stopped coming here for a few months finally decided to give it a try on Sunday and went in the drive thru, well I was stuck because they didn’t have what I wanted and now I had to wait in line. So today I decided to go inside to place my order and they are out of what I want. Cashier said it’s because of the shortage but it’s been an ongoing issue since I can remember. Management had to do something about it! I went to the location on Morada lane and asked if they had all the pastries and breakfast items and they said yes. So it’s not a shortage issue it’s a management issue!!!
Always consistent and reliable, and of course can be found everywhere - it’s not the connoisseur of coffee however the staff are always friendly, the drinks are as you order them, regardless of your preference and you get that all important java-hit on the drive/road trip that you need. They are always a part of my destination drives
Mediocre service.I had questions about pastries, but the trip didn't spend any time in answering questions. She ran back to the register. Ordered Cafe latte along with other things and received a cappuccino, but the rep tells me "he ordered cappuccino", but that "he" was me. They did replace the order.After we ordered the drinks, I went to the counter to get some water and the rep saw me and got busy with her work, she didn't care to ask if I needed help. I had to ask. Service in Starbucks is going through the cracks.
Always love my coffee and cold drink. Just a little upsetting when they don't have what they need in stock to make my drink.
Staff are fine but no outdoor trash cans, won’t take your old coffee cups for trash, closed lobby so no restrooms.
We had a carload of six adults and we went through the drive-thru for hot drinks. We all received the correct order with excellent service in a very timely manner. I was quite impressed. Thank you Starbuck employees!!
I was worried I'd be waiting in the drive thru for a long time, but the service was fast and the coffee was good.
Parking lot is a bit tight but hard to hold that against them. Great service with a smile!
Friendly staff and clean restrooms this place should be highlighted so other business can learn to keep restrooms clean. :-)
I work nearby and this is the closest convenient Starbucks and for the past 3 months my orders come out nasty and they are always out of something.. Literal chunks of coffee grounds, soupy nasty stuff at the bottom of the cups, do not stop here if you're traveling the 99, wait those extra couple miles for the next location.
