I would say this one is very fast. First went to the Starbucks by the hospital the drive thru was back up was in line for 10min didn't budged backed out before another car pulled up. So came to Westlane one got there it was back up as well HOWEVER we was done in 8min was very happy ?
The workers were very nice!!! The coffee was delicious and the wait was short!! This place is a beautiful way to start the day!!!

It’s crazy why lie on Google and say open till 10 p.m yet close at 6 p.m this is the only Starbucks that I go to that I like , such a disappointment and the workers see us and if they had good customer service they could’ve been nice enough and say they were closed or closing especially bc I am tired and wanted coffee really bad . Never again
ugh....used 3 different starbucks cards at the drive thru after sking her to tell me how much was on each card she just scanned and said 5 dollars 6 dollars and you have 15 left on this one so why take feom the 3rd card at all??,i know she stold from me i will never go there again ?
They are always so helpful and nice. Definitely one to go to for good customer service and they do their best when things are on supply shortage.

30 mins to get 2 teas made. With no line. And apparently they can't split a drink into 2 cups. Not good for costumer service, specially if people have small children and want to split the drink.
Great service and great variety of coffees, teas and other drinks, along with some great food items. The only drawback is the drive-thru is always full no matter what time you go.
Friendly staff . And fast clean and nice patio
