6-10-23 approx 12:30 pm. Sat in long line in the drive thru for about 20 min. When I finally made it to order I was told the credit card machine was down and I could only use cash. Had no cash so had to wait for 3 cars in front of me to get thier drinks before I could get out. Spoke with Kandice who was not very nice about it. I had suggested that they put a sign out warning people before going through drive thru. Never had anyone working at Starbucks act like she did. She was not concerned about the inconvenience. It seemed she just didn't want to be bothered. But it was very annoying to wait in a long line for nothing when it's 106 degrees out with kids in the car. Just rude!
This location on the map which is not 1810 pacific looks permanently closed. 1810 pacific is also closed with temporary signs and no eta for reopening.

As usual the drive-up had a long line and they were busy inside that was not my complaint my complaint was I ordered my cup of coffee and the music was so loud no one could hear anything. I started to see that the orders were backing up on the counter but yet you couldn't hear them call out your name. I finally got the attention of a associate and asked her if my cup of coffee was ready as I could not hear anything called out to the music. I told them when I ordered my coffee my name was Joe and we're looking for Joe they couldn't find it and they go as your name Jeff. I then advised him again my name was Joe and what I had ordered and she goes oh I'm sorry we got the name wrong so needless to say I got a cold cup of coffee. Highly recommend you're not going to a Starbucks when they are really busy and the music is blaring unless you like a cold cup of coffee do not recommend it at this time

This is the new Starbucks on Pacific Ave Stockton CA..Really nice. Bigger than most. The employees are affable and happy go lucky. Nice classical music. Good location. Yes their power plugs work just in case your devices are running low on juice while your surfing.
Chill, was out of apple juice but the drinks were still made well.I wouldn't pay for Starbucks but would take a drink if someone else was buying.
Their lattes are not as strong as McDonald's and it was very light, I enjoyed it. I think the only downside was the wait time, other than that the place was very clean as well.
Good, friendly service and coffee. Only issue is dirty windows and glass doors. They're first thing you see...

I order the same coffee almost everyday and my significant other and I legit take the drink back to be remade at least 3 out of 5 days a week. The second time it's made its perfect, made the way it should be. Most of the time they're nice about it but a couple staff has given attitude and or sighed or rolled their eyes...I pay for this coffee. It's not cheap. So of course if its not done right I would want it remade and or a refund.And today is one those days. Hubby waited 30 min for 2 frappuccinos. He gets home and mine is runny and basically watery no whip and not even a full cup. Ridiculous.
