I’m not tryna be rude or anything, but I paid for a drink not for ice? half of my cup was ice… I shouldn’t have to say easy ice lol
I don't really like this location vary much my drinks are always just not the best kinda sloppy and not full all the way I just think they can do better.
Depending on whoever the 'barista' is at the time you go-- they will literally make your coffee DIFFERENT tasting every time! They need to be consistent, simply put.
This is my neighborhood Starbucks and sadly a lot of times when I go there early (they are suppose to open at 6:00am) they are not open or you have to go through the drive through. I ordered my Mocha Frap and it was watery and the time before my hot coco was not hot nor was it sweet. Their pastries are stale and lack freshness. There are little black tables and chairs outside or you can dine inside (most of the time). I try and like this place but its getting harder and harder too. This Starbucks is located at 1705 Fremont St in the Eastland Plaza in Stockton
10/24/21- 2:30-3:10 pmI'm not the one to usually leave reviews, but I go to this Starbucks often as it is close to my work. Till day, I haven't had a good experience. My orders are always mobile (atleast 10 mins ahead). Today the doors were locked on the lobby AGAIN. No sign of the reason why..I sat in the drive through for 40 minutes and when it was finally my turn, I decided to ask the girl at the drive thru why it was taking so long for the line to move even though they're not busy..She came up with a excuse out of the blue. As I waited for drink for 5 mins or so(which she said was ready at the order screen) I noticed the employees just goofing around in the back.I'd rather go out the way for coffee than waste time at this location.
My coffee turned out really good but I was waiting a 1/2 hour before working up the courage to ask because they seemed really busy the problem is my sticker did not print so if your coffee is taking too long... don't be too nice. It's not their fault. They are doing great during a busy hour!

Worse Starbucks in the nation.. worse service.. they are more into gossiping with each other. Than getting your order to you.
