Today 6/02/2022 I went to Starbucks, I got two sandwiches and 2 drinks, the caramel ribbon crunch vinti and iced caramel macchiato grande. The caramel ribbon crunch didn’t have any favor at all it was pure whip cream. The caramel macchiato grande was horrible it had 2 coffee bean in them. The service was good but not the best from other store. This hasn’t been the first time either. I am going to Dutch bros next time.
They're very nice, but they never seem to have cold brew or nitro cold brew. I don't understand it. It's literally 50/50 whether they have any
They are very quick with your order. But if your going to hang out inside it's not inviting. It's dirty. Floors, tables, doors. The bathrooms are dirty. I thought it would be fresh since it was a Monday morning.
Personally I really like the workers here but the last few visits have just been ridiculous as far as drink making goes. I mean…. Almost $8 for a drink not even filled past the ice…. ?Better luck next time ??
Horrible customer service and didn't even offer to make anything right after the very long wait for their mistakes. I will never return to this location again .
I think they should wait on the people that come through the door and not wait on the car is first if there is that lazy and can't get out of their car to go get something from Starbucks will the people that walk inside should not have to suffer thank you
I had an early appointment and hungry. Conveniently located. Since I wasn't in a car for drive through, you could only order by using their app. I ordered hot chocolate and an excellent egg, feta, wrap. It would have been better and much warmer to eat inside instead of the fog.
If I could provide less stars, I would. This location is across from a hospital and mental health. Where hundreds of works go on a daily basis, but the lobby is closed. Most walk over on their break to be met with the lobby being closed and not taking mobile orders. Starbucks has claimed to support frontline workers, nurses, doctors, and mental health workers in their community during this pandemic, but the actions don’t show it. I will no longer be supporting Starbucks since they are not supportive of those around them. Dutch brother just got a new customer.
Only the drive through is open. Yet if you're a member of Stockton PD you can sit inside for as long as you want while employees from St Joseph's Hospital, surrounding businesses, handicap people that are waiting for rides and would like a warm drink during the cold weather are turned out doors.Wasn't given an explanation as to why I was chased off on 2 separate occasions by the employee that literally ran up to me and started arranging tables to block my entrance as to the sudden rude change in policy.SPD could use the cars or sit outside for an hour like us normal people.Shame on SPD for using their status while the rest of us are kicked to the curb.
