Sorry to say it, but I am fan of Fraps but this time my Frappuccino was nasty.
Wish I could put 1 star. Waited 25 minutes In drive thru already late to work and they said said they couldn’t take change for $50 bill.. my total was 9.50 ! Won’t be coming here again.
I've waited for 30 mins and when I asked, they said didn't know I'm there.I asked for a new coffee instead of refund, I just need a hot coffee for my morning, and they refused saying it's still hot.It's just an awful experience.
Very terrible customer service The worker Tia is very rude she do not listen she lies and says she’s the manager the manager always taking special meetings can never speak to a manager over the phone I mean this is the worst Starbucks I ever been to. Then when I called back after the managers special meeting the manager Steele was in the special meeting they ignore my calls
Everytime I order the Caramel Crunch I get more of the whipped cream then I do the coffee. It's like a small shot of coffee and the rest of the cup is whipped cream. Are we paying for the coffee or the cream? Just sucks and wanting coffee and you pay $6 and you get all whipped cream. ?
Terrible people! Won’t let us in to change our kids or order our Starbucks. This place is for animals! Never going to Starbucks again. Thanks for ruining Christmas spirits

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks. I was really impressed with their customer service and how efficient the staff worked together. Everyone was upbeat and had positive attitudes so early in the morning. And I didn't have to wait a for my coffee ??
