So good! The spring rolls are probably my favorite thing on the menu. The pad tai is also really good. Everyone is always so nice in the restaurant.

Loved the ambient of this restaurant and their super fast, friendly service. The food was delicious as well. We had the fresh crispy rolls and pad thai noodle. You can ask for your required spicy level.They had two arcade machines too. I enjoyed playing pac-man while waiting for our friends.

Having lived in SE Asia I can confidently say the food at Slim's is legit and delicious!Freshly made with fresh ingredients while you wait.We had beef soup, spring rolls and pan fried noodles. Only thing missing were the little red stools we used to on in Vietnam?Cannot wait to go back!
We lived in HCMC, Vietnam for 5 yrs and were able to travel all over SE Asia while there. Today we had takeaway from Slim's and I was transformed back to sitting on a little red stool in sweltering heat while lapping up wonderful soups. This is the best noodles and soups we have had outside of SE Asia!The dishes were made fresh while we waited and included fresh ingredients. It was so tasty.We enjoyed the #4 (beef noodle soup), #5c (pan fried noodles), and 1B (fried spring rolls)These dishes make me excited to go back and try more...or just get the same as it was so good!
