Pizzas are yummy. Plenty of room to bring the family!
ROUND TABLE has always been extremely overpriced in general. This location is Okay overall.. I am a bit biased because I am used to excellent treatment and above average food items from a bay area location due to stellar management personnel. So in fairness.... the pizza was made to order at this location but still not as tasty as what I am used to. Restaurant is in an obscure location and could definitely use a total update in decor but that is not the staff's responsibility.
This place is Terrible , Sarah and her husband are soo rude and take advantage of the younger staff. I had a bug in my food and they refuse to give me my money back . Runnnn!!!! Don’t eat here !!!! The health department needs to pay them a visit .
A couple weeks back, I decided I wanted to have Round Table and I chose this one because it was the closest to my work place. I ordered a small pizza, but got a personal sized one instead. I was hungry, so I chose not to say anything, though even if I did, the older man who took care of my order didn't seem friendly and probably wouldn't have fixed it anyway. At least, based on how he looked. Regardless, the pizza was good, but I suffered a slight bout of food poisoning later that night. Honestly, I don't think I will be coming back to this particular Round Table unless I had no other options available and I was desperate.
Super good!! Got the deep dish BBQ with bacon, it was delicious!! Our grandson loved his pepperoni style too!! Yummy!!
I wish it was possible to give this place no stars.Yesterday football Sunday..I checked online and learned round table was offering buy any large speciality get a medium free so I called locally and was told they weren’t honoring that at this location. Not a problem. So I asked what promotions or specialities they had and the owner just hung up. I called back and stated I was just speaking with someone & I was hung up on. The same person said oh I’m sorry I’m just really busy and don’t have time to talk on the phone. I said so you just hang up? Then I hung up saying I would never order from there again. Fast forward to today of course I’m still craving round table so I decide to give them another chance…I make my order online this time so I won’t have to deal with the lack of customer service. Shortly after my order is placed I receive a call from the same guy..the owner. He begins yelling how I made a note to bring ranch and that’s not included with my large pizza I can’t just make a note if I want ranch I have to pay for it so if I wanna give him my card he will bring it. I politely responded…I paid for two ranches. Isn’t that on my receipt? He placed me on gold for a while then came back and said he is sorry he sees it and will bring double ranch. Mentally noted: great! because I $3.38 for it! So then I was waiting for my pizza and it never comes. I call to check on my order and am greeted by a younger male who at first seemed to possess customer service, but I was wrong. I expressed I just wanted to see how much longer and his response in so many words seemed like he couldn’t tell me when or if it was coming. After waiting 2+ hours I asked to just be refunded he said he couldn’t do that and he could see what he could do but I just have to wait. I said are you able to refund me or do I have to call my bank? He said “I don’t know what your bank can do but I’ll see what I can do” he placed me on hold then got the manager who again was just yelling. Over him I said I’ll just call my bank. Moral of the story, when you experience horrible customer service don’t try them again. This is a franchise location & they’re making the round table name look really bad.
Normally very pleased but today was horrible!!! Ordered a pizza at 430. Due at 530. Delivered at 620 after I called. They said they forgot about it and thought it was for pickup. So it's been sitting there ready since 445!! Over an hour and a half sitting there. All the pizzas and sticks were delivered cold and one pizza burned. They didn't even make a new one!! Really. Just happy with the delivery guy.
I would like an evening salad bar buffet with pizza selections.
Trying to support this local businesses during this pandemic has been challenging and they just lost a customer. The owner of this restaurant does not understand how important good customer service truly is. He wanted to violate healthcode violations regarding a pizza he made erroneously. This family will nit be back.
