Came for Monday special ( chicken parmigiana) which was excellent. Service from Klara was exceptional.
My hubby and kiddos brought me here today for Mother’s Day.. there was a little mix up with our order, but our waitress went above and beyond to help us.. and one of the managers, named Rachelle made sure we were taken care of, came to our table, and made us feel so important as customers. Excellent customer service! Definitely will be back! Highly recommend!
My first time at this restaurant. Busy night. I appreciate the size of the menu I think the purpose for this, is quality control. The ambiance was intimate yet lively. Our waiter was Eliza. She's actually the bartender. Really great attitude and attentive. She made the experience wonderful. Genuin smile and presence. Thank youThe food, what can I say. You can smell the fresh herbs and how each and every sauce to each dish is its own. Not a uniform sauce like most places. You really taste each individual meal. I think it's made to order, again quality control?. Great job. I'll definitely come again and recommend this place. Hats off to the management to push quality dining. ?
Really?! Adding a $2 surcharge in the bottom line of the menu for ‘the times’ … why so lazy?! Just price your menu appropriately.We left after not being greeted for 10 minutes by a server (no water even) and seeing the sneaky tactics in the fine print.Take it to heart, price appropriately, don’t just “temporarily” charge more just for dining there.
My wife and I went to Macaroni Grill last Saturday and had such an enjoyable time with great service and food. Can't complain about anything I think our waitress was Alina was so friendly and wonderful! Thank to all for making our visit and meal such a pleasure!
Let me just say. I'm not a big pasta lover, but this is a place I will definitely be coming back to eat. I came to eat dinner with some friends and the service was absolutely wonderful. You can just see how hard these employees work. Our Server Kris was super attentive. Not once did we have to call for him. He was on it! I had the chance to meet the Service Manager Daniel, he was very friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing. Kudos to the Chef for making the most delicious chicken parmesan!

Let me explain the 3 stars... So our server, Miles, was FANTASTIC! Attentive, great personality and service! However, the "girl" that brought the food was highly inappropriate. Flirted with me as my wife sat inches away. Reported this to Miles and he passed the sentiment along. I'm assuming the manager told her she needed to apologize. Of course, upon delivering the "I'm sorry for disrespecting your wife," she then went off on a tangent about how she wasn't flirting, was engaged and really wasn't "sorry" at all. Shame because Miles did a great job and the food, as usual for a Macaroni Grill, was fantastic! Not sure if we'll be back any time soon.
This place is great, friendly staff, great food and great atmosphere, I just don't recommend coming the way it is currently. We did have a pretty late dinner here, but the place was short staffed and half of our food had burnt pieces or didn't taste how we remembered. We'd probably have a better experience if we came earlier, but the one we did have was pretty lack luster. Recommend the place, just probably not for dinner.
Usually really good service but it was so so today. Celebrating my birthday today, I decided to try something different... mistake. Brussel sprouts were too crispy and burnt looking. Macaroni bites had no taste. The stuff I thought was mayonnaise was revealed to be Alfredo sauce did not taste like it at all.
