The tilapia needed salt. Great amount for the price I paid. The fries were good. I dont eat coleslaw so I didnt try it. The collards were horrible. Im from the south and i dont know how they messed them up. Definitely will NEVER get those again. Banana pudding was decent but it wouldn't send me running back to buy more.
I don't usually go here but I decided to treat myself today with some fried shrimp, catfish, and hushpuppies. However when I got my food and brought it home I was very disappointed. The hushpuppies were burned and SALTY, the shrimp was salty. The only decent thing was the catfish. I also got mac and cheese and it was the most bland mac and cheese I ever tasted. I called to complain about this and was offered store credit next time but I'm not sure when that will be. Not really excited to come back.
Food was good tonight but was disappointed to not be able to get a fresh soda. All of your diet pepsi is from Summer of 2021 and diet coke is from 2021 also with some in the back little most recent but still expired from Feb 14 22. Please discard all expire products. Nobody wants to spend $100 on dinner and only have expire beverages options. Notified the staff and she did not seem to care. Also do not mind the market price just update your digital boards to say MP instead of a set prices.
Ordered super bowl Sunday night normally they’re cool but whoever was on staff tonight didn’t care tonight. My chicken nuggets ,fries, fried corn & all tasted the same with a hint of like old grease ??? chicken was hard ,catfish nuggets didn’t really taste like anything both HAD to be dipped in the sauces to eat…. And we’re not even gonna start on the macaroni salad ??♀️??♀️??♀️ Was jus very disappointed love them but tonight ????????
The owner greeted us with great hospitality when we walked in! This is definitely a spot you need to try if you’re in Stockton! The food is definitely 5 star restaurant worthy great presentation and amazingly flavorful! Thank you Ray for the experience! Must try it if you’re in Stockton!

I got to say the food was amazing delicious.. not a fast food joint but it's worth waiting a couple minutes.. just a tad bit salty but other than that it's worth it .we need more down home cooking places like this instead of the fast food joints

We've been here a few times and will continue to eat here. One of the best places to get seafood. We live 75 mins away from this location and it's always worth the drive to us.
