Receipt #638 I ordered on previous days back and asked for fries out of the oil(3pc combo). I reiterate the need for hot fries 4+ times at the speaker and at window. When I drive away I find my fries barely warm. I stop in lot and call( talked with Raven). I was told to come back at a later date for replacement meal. On 04/9/22, I decide to get meal. I once again reiterate the need for hot fries and explain the reason for return trip. I give them the receipt and again voice the need for hot fries. The young man tells me that all the food is fresh because they just opened. I ask are the fries right out of the oil because I don't eat warm fries. He goes on to repeat himself. I tell him not to give me warm fries, I want them fresh out of the oil. He closes the window. When he comes back he ask if I want the drink too. I tell him I just want hot fires. He then hands me two bags and ask if the order is right. I tell him, the order should be right due to me telling you over 4 times that I want hot fries. I drive thru the drive-thru and stop in the parking lot. I open the bag which is full of warm fries. I mean a lot of fries and none of the are hot. I pull into the lot(lobby closed) and call customer service(same story told). I then after talking to customer service, call the restaurant..message full. I wait and call agai. Melissa answers and I tell her the problem She states that this shouldn't have happened but she was standing right there when the young man turned and told her I wanted hot fries( go figure!). She is definitely a part of the problem.This is ridiculous! Stop hiring people who don't know what customer service is!!!! I'd like a full refund. The one thing I go for, I can't even get the way I want it (HOT)
When the order is right good but mostly like today coleslaw was only 1/3 filled with little bubbles was told server decide how much to fill or not to fill the cup not good when you order a side you want it to fill the container and look like it has been eaten out of.......
I'm a southern boy, and fried chicken is my nirvana. Popeyes is the best crispy spicy fried chicken chain I know of...infinitely better than you know who!Now if I wNt broiled chicken....that's another story, but Popeyes is the go to for my crispy cicken!
Never ever coming here again and I will be calling corporate. Went here and these ghetto ratchet punk girls one with two long weave braids another with ugly braids black and gold and this punk lil Caucasian girl in the front. I told her my order that I ordered from the Popeyes app said sold out she proceeded to be rude and dismissive. Lil girl you make 5 bucks an hour with that attitude she will get no where. Run tell That!
There was barely any gravy on my mashed potatoes so I asked for more gravy. It cost me another $3.50. This place is way too expensive for what you get.
I liked Popeyes until I went inside. I only had to go inside because they messed up my order. The place was filthy nasty floor greasy. I wonder how it looks in the back where they're cooking, And I surely didn't go in the bathroom. I ordered two fish sandwich classic. When I got to the window, they tell me they don't have 2 classics and that the wait would be long. So I accept one spicy fish sandwich because they didn't have 2 classics. But come to find out they didn't have any classic at all. So they gave me 2 spicy sandwiches one dressed up to be the classic. That's terrible to make a sale. You don't know what food allergies someone may have. Give people what they pay for not what you want to give me, with gas prices being this high I should not have to return for a messed up order. The fish sandwich was not good too much tartar sauce Nasty I think they were being funny. Chicken overcook. Too bad I couldn't post the video of my feet sliding across the nasty greasy floor.
Ordered @ the drive thru. The girl taking my order seemed irritated and it was kinda rude. But Got the food in minutes and was still hot when I got home.
Southern fried chicken, spicy. No more jambalaya on the menu. Generous portions.
They always get the order wrong.
This place has horrible food, customer service and long lines. It’s always closed due to short staff. When the lobby is open it’s takes them so long to notice someone is in the restaurant because everyone is on their phone. I brushed it off and ordered my food but then she gave me the incorrect change and was rude about it. I ordered a 4pc all white meat with red beans and rice. I received my order cold and incorrect i got 3 thighs and a wing. The red beans and rice were watery. My food shouldn’t be this disgusting looking. I asked for a manager and the worker that was helping me went over to the desk laughing about my food. The manager then walked over to me with an attitude . She had no mask on while talking to the employee and I. She didn’t have any front teeth and was really rude to me. I cant believe they would let someone work for their company that was this ghetto. But she replaced my order correctly and walked off with an attitude to go back to her phone call. This place needs to be shut down every time I come here I have a problem with my food or customer service. I will be speaking to corporate about this and will be giving the names of the employees. They need more training and recruit new people that want to work. It’s ridiculous I pay for food and get a exchange for poor customer service. It has became a GHETTO mess.
