First and Last time eating and dining in.There was a big fruit bug in my dipping sauce.. and I was told that the place always have fruit bugs.. ?And portion is pretty small, not worth the price.. ?I know that if I was to give them my sauce, they'd take it to the back and scoop the big out and bring it back to me so I just ate without the sauce. That's sad ?While eating, 2 flew around my food and one disappeared as it flew into my food.Besides that, really nice lady employee.
Everything was good until our last order came in it was brought to the wrong table. A few tables away from us and we clearly see that the customer had her spoon and forks in the rice and touched the egg rolls . He came back and took her utensils off her plate and grab the plate and brought it to our table. I told him that it’s been touched if we please can get a new one . He says no. Just no I pointed to the table and said we saw that plate was touched. He kept saying no and no at this point I’m over it . I usually don’t write reviews but I am livid . It ruined our appetite. I am very disappointed.
The waiter was very hard to understand and didn't understand the majority of what we asked. Gave 0 recommendations, and in general was uncomfortable to be served by. Probably won't be coming back unless its their soup.
Very good food and extremely friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure that we had enough utensils and bowls for our take out. Will be coming back again!
Saigon Bay is my new favorite place to eat. It is fast food but still feels like home cooking—fresh and healthy options. I always get the BBQ pork and shrimp, and my children always get the fresh spring rolls. I love this place.
Like everyone else said, service is horrible! One guy in particular is extra awful. He doesn't say one word to you...just drops your food and leaves. Food is way overpriced. Broth is okay for their pho. The service is what keeps me away from here. Especially the face of that guy! He's gotta be like the owners son or something because I've noticed he acts this way towards everyone and gets away with it.
Always enjoy having lunch here food is always good and service is quick.
Service was absolutely terrible. Servers are rude and they are always understaffed. I order 3 things and we waited an extra 30 minutes until the last one came in. It took so long that we finished our other 2 dishes before it came in! Little to know, the server forgot about it! It is unacceptable to have a server forget a customers order. We wasted our time here and the food was overpriced for the small serving they have.
Service was horrible!! I don't know why but we were the only people with our orders taken outside. Haha!! Food was ok. Nothing that wowed us especially Pho was over 15 dollars a bowl. There was 9 of us. SMH
