On this location some employees do not have customer service at all. I cannot believe that during lunch time the restaurant runs out of certain menu. I ordered shrimp and chicken teriyaki but they supposed did not have it. Is not the first time that this problem happens and I wonder why this issue is very common there. I got a little upset and the person who was helping me became rude instead gave me a good excused (she called the security guy on me but I was not afraid even though they tried to intimidated me. I will go to another location where I can get better service!

I havent been here in a while, but I just came by the other day and it's not the same as the first year when they opened. The woman in the drive thru basically snatched the money of my hand and I got a plate to go and the servings looked like it was for a kid, and considering what I paid for, totally not worth it. I should've just gone to.. Scratch that, next time I'm just going to Sherman's, the China Express, or Quickly's for food

I placed an online order on the app. When I got there my order wasn't ready yet when it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes before I got there. They didn't say anything to me but I could hear and see that they were just getting it ready right then. I asked the girl if my order was ready and she said no because the order didn't print so they're preparing it right now. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. There's no point in ordering online if it's not going to be ready. They then proceeded to attempt a refund but they came back saying they couldn't find my order. It doesn't make any sense. I show them my email confirmation. I paid for it - it was a family meal. There's no way that the order isn't there. Finally they come back saying the refund will go through in a few days and I should be receiving an email. I ask for a receipt to have as proof/confirmation but they say they can't give me one and I'll only receive an email. This isn't the first time this place has messed up. They've made multiple mistakes on different orders I've placed in the past - missing entree items, incorrect orders. This will be the last time I come here.The food itself - either bland and tasteless or way too salty. I only come here because I have kids in the house that like the orange chicken.

Love this place. . But one thing that I've noticed is that any panda express i go too, the fried rice has no flavor.

I went here and i ordered the Angus steak through the drive through and they said it would be 9 minutes so i waited and it actually took about 30 minutes for them to come out. Really, should of said it would be longer so I would order something else. Just awful customer service

I ordered a honey walnut shrimp chow mein and honey sesame chicken plate. They said they were out of sesame chicken so I said just the honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Drove off got to the gas station and found out I was given some chicken entree and no shrimp! So I drive back to the restaurant with the chicken and chow mein order in hand. Then I was told I had to find my receipt for them to correct my order. Like the food wasn't enough proof of my purchase. I come back with the receipt and then they said I would have to pay an additional $1.25 for them to correct my order. So now 4 times I had to go in there plus I have to pay them to correct it. Terribly dissatisfied with the customer service at this location therefore I am giving it a 1 star rating. I don't think I will be going back to this location for quite awhile because of this horrible experience. But I will be back eventually I am sure. I hope I can give them a good review next time..

Terrible the fried rice was terrible big balls,like meatballs!!!! They don't have this,or that..bad,bad bad ....

They seem to be understaffed all the time. Not the employees fault but the fault of corporate. But let's face it, the only thing you really care about is that orange chicken. YEAH. Most things there probably have a ton of carbs and fat, but you are going to die anyway so might as well eat what you want.

Never had a problem at this location the few times I been here. Never had to wait for food.. Drive thru is prompt. All in all good service, great food!
