Went to ono tonight had the Aloha plate rather than the lunch plate, the loha plate is simply a" save us from ourselves" type meal delicious. Wife and I have the barbecue beef plate from the Aloha menu. considering the salad took up half of the plate,set up so we don't overreat good call on the Aloha plate love it.Parking: Love it
Stopped by order my dinner, didn't get acknowledged by anyone, the Manager was on his cellphone with a personal call. I just left and still wasn't acknowledged on my way out the door
Very disappointed... Went at 9:30 and she said dining room was closed Al. I wanted was to get a order to go. It says it closes at 10:00. Also the open sughn was still on!!
Great place for the classics. The spam musubi is the closest you will get to homemade. The katsu and fried white fish are my favorite entrees so I highly recommend.
The food is good but if you want salad dressing on your salid, I will cost you extra money. After some unpleasant words I walked out.See attached picture
i went when there was no line and they still took a long time, they charged me wrong, and they also didn’t put any sauce or utensils. very unhappy with the service

I hope they enjoy that 40 bucks cause I'll never waste my money at this place again . Horrible cold food that's fake bbq . There's nothing bbq about this place.Ribs were thin as paper probably microwaved cause they were all rubbery. Two scoops of cold plain tasteless white rice. This place is not bbq it's disgusting.
Got through the drive-thru took my order got my order really fast only thing person handing food needs to let us know that that was it we weren't sure if we got everything until we sat in the car for a few minutes and looked in our own bag never came back to the window to ask if anything was okay
This was the worst meal I ever had spent $40 for the ribs that were see through they were so thin and nothing but fat no meat hardly at all their chicken salad no flavor no nothing two meals $40 I should have put a match to it the money and I would have got warm at least this is the worst place to go don't go don't order run them out of business.
