I’ve been going here for a couple years now, sushi is really good. This review is really just a heads up for the owner/manager. Bathrooms are kept pretty clean besides the Months of dust collected at the very tops of the stalls. It was pretty disgusting. I showed whoever cleaned it but he didn’t seem to care.. Just trying to help keep things clean with Covid and all. But besides that, love the food.
Food Used To Be 5 Stars, But Of Course Due To Inflation, Prices Are Up & Quality of Food Drops Down. I’ve Noticed In The Last Few Years, It’s Been Way More Rice Than Anything Else on Their Rolls. Flavor is Still Amazing, But I Would Like Just A Tad Bit Less On The Rice. As Far As Service Goes, Front Hostess Desk Is Disastrous. I Waited On Hold For 20 Minutes By The Time They Finally Answered I Had Already Driven To The Restaurant & Sat & Watched As 2-3 of Them Sat on Their Personal Cell Phones Texting. As I Walked In, It Prompted One of Them To Answer The Holding Line Which I Then Placed My Order. She Stated It Would Be A 25 Minute Wait After Sitting son Hold For 20 Minutes. Smh. In One of The Hostess Defense, She Was Very Helpful & Pleasant. She Asked Her Team Member to Check On My Order Since It Had Been Past The 25 Minute Estimate They Gave All Their Call In Orders, & She Responded To Her Colleague, “Uhm.. I’ll go back there in maybe 3 minutes or so because I just came from back there and I didn’t see anything else ready.” During this time, I witness the Line cook for rolls finish my rolls and send them to the kitchen to get another item to complete my order, & instead of the hostess helping grab those orders, they continued on their phones, making kitchen staff bring the orders up to them. I’ve never sense such unwillingness to play as a team as I did with these young ladies. At one point even the bartender had to grab a huge stack of menus and bring them back over to the hostess desk since they were soooo preoccupied with each other talking and being on their phones. Food is always great, minus the excessive rice, but everything else, could definitely use an upgrade. To the hostess that was helpful, thank you and I appreciate you. To the entire kitchen staff, you’re much appreciated also.

If I could give it a zero I would. Worst service ever. Was on hold to place an order longer than 40 min. Just to even place an order. To get food even longer of a wait. I usually don't leave reviews but this is NOT the first time it happens. It's been a while since I have had a good experience here. Would not recommend. Hire more people before you deserve a good review.
This was my first time here, and it was great! It was lunchtime, and I was seated quickly. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. I had the edamame, miso soup, & the spicy scallop roll. I'll definitely be back.
First, let me say I love the food here. Its good quality, prepared well, delicious flavors.What I don't like is how special requests are totally ignored. We've made requests about 3 or 4 times and its been totally disregarded.This last time is just ridiculous.We asked for the sauce on the side, not as a preference but as a medically necessary dietary requirement. My Husband loves Teriyaki sauce, but he can only have a very limited amount. Instead of honoring the request, they poured it all over the chicken AND rice.Shame. We liked this place. We'll have to find somewhere that will honor dietary requirement requests.
