The service wasn’t terrible (today) but, the wrapper was melted ON THE BURGER…that’s disgusting.
The service..I stood there in the lobby waiting to order..the cashier just went to the bathroom and ignored that I was waiting to put my order..I never got served and I was trying to get breakfast on my way to work.. I left without any service and I had to go elsewhere..they have no manners and they employee act like we're a bother to them.. please get some older employees like the older days..plus.they dress very sloppy and look like they dont shower and hair are natted and just an unpleasent services..I decided not to go there anymore...and I love the bacon and egg biscuits..even the last one I got..the bread was hard and a waste of my work $$$..please please get these kids to pik up their pants and be clean and curtious..geeze..
Typical McDonald’s in Stockton with the regular food as other McDonald’s have. Ordering was fast but a little slow on the delivery.The Big Breakfast was delivered without utensils but maybe locals eat with their hands here. I went back and ask the friendly cashier for utensils and a pack of syrup for the hot cakes.Drinks are behind the counter so it’s inconvenient to get refills but cashiers are friendly and helps out here.Consider carrying hand soap on your next trip. Restroom was out of it during our trip. Glad we carry sanitizers and wipes everywhere now.
The Stagg Were Really Nice But It Wasn't The Cleanest Location And It Was Fast Food So I Didn't Expect Five Star, But That Place Could Really Use A Maintenance Crew In The Bathrooms And In The Diner, We Were Going To Dine In But We Went To 2 Separate Tables And One Was Sticky Like It Was Wiped Down With Syrup, Another Had A Couple Spots That I Could Tell Were Maybe Ketchup Or BBQ Sauce... In The End It's McDonald's...
Got the sausage egg mcmuffins. They were hot and the English muffins were fresh. Soft and toasted. Sooo good! Fast service even with long lines.
I asked for fresh didn't happen and they 6 mcdoubles I asked for plain and no ice in the there was ice never again ill stay with march ln/ west ln
Worst McDonald's in town. If you want better experiences avoid this one and go to Ben holt or pacific ave. 2 years later quarter pounders are still served a bit raw and red in the inside. Fries lacking too. Best you'll get here is nuggets and your drink
A big breakfast w/hotcakes now is $12. n change, that's what they charged me n my eggs were over cooked, orange on the corners n not fluffy, a big breakfast w/o hotcakes is $7.07, so three hotcakes is $5..WOW!!.. I called to complain about my eggs and it went straight to an answer machine left my name and number nobody ever called me back, will not be going back I usually don't do fast food n stuff like this is the reason why..
Be prepared for spare change to hand out in drive through it's fine because reminds people that don't forget sharing is caring drive through is always convenience fast service and always gotta love it Mcdonalds
I wouldn't go to this mcdonald's ever. Extremely poor customer service. They just throw your food in the bag like it is trash. They don't even give you the correct order or dipping sauce. The best mcdonald's to go to in stockton is the one on March lane. Great customer service there, and they never get your order wrong. Very polite people unlike the people at the charter way mcdonald's. DONT GO TO CHARTER WAY. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Also, the March lane mcdonald's doesn't make you park. You just get your food and go. Fast food doesn't mean you order pay and go park somewhere else and wait almost 40 minutes for food.
