Everything came out great and fast always love there chicken and fish unfortunately the batter on the fish went a lil crazy this time and was very excessive and the hush puppies shrank to bite size. Still delicious just not the experience I was used to and not as filling. I will be exploring other fried fish places before deciding if I want to return.
It took 48 minutes waiting in the hot sun ? and the guy was very rude it was for mother's day and my mom is in a conversation home The fish was cold and hard she couldn't even chew it so I really hope that they get better help this is the second time I've waited for a long time. But at least the food was good that first time.

Went to long john silver's on Wilson way & minor. Drive thru order, the drive thru line was long and moving extra slow. After I got my order and pulled away, I checked my order and they forgot my fries. Ok, mistakes happen so I called the number on the receipt. When I explained that they forgot my fries, the little punk hung up on me. I tried calling back and no answer. Went to the front door, it was locked so I knocked on it, another guy was there because they forgot his cheesecake. He went to the side window, got peoples attention but they still wouldn't come to the door. After about 5 minutes or so, we started banging on the window and door until they opened the front door. He gave us an attitude like we were bothering him. Clearly he didnt want to be working there.Making a mistake by forgetting my fries was easily forgivable but hanging up on me is totally and completely unacceptable.One star because of customer service or lack of. The food is only 2 - 3 stars at most. Five star burger on El Dorado has the best fish & chips in town, (that I know of). Its worth driving an extra mile or two.
4 cars ahead. Appears that everyone had meals. (Big bags) the wait wasn't bad. When I got to the window, the guy repeated my order, asked if I wanted condiments, took payment, loaded bags & handed off in 2 sweeps. & as always, it satisfies my childhood cravings / memories.Thanks
The rating is higher than normal because I enjoy this place and there are few remaining. I got the chicken and the batter is crispy and good side.

Surprisingly good. My brother who complains about everything under the sun was they forgot his hush puppies. Waitress apologized and returned in no him hot and fresh and in no tiime.
I was craving LJS and so I decided to go to the only one in the area. I was surprised by the excellent service I received today plus the food was made the right way as I remember it back in the day. Nice job to the crew at LJS on Wilson Way in Stockton.
