Staff are poorly trained and lines are long. They ignore customers upon arrival with no explanation. Mobile Orders are rarely ready on time and good luck getting someone to check on your order. They will just keep working in the back as if you are invisible.However, the pizza is ok. Good and cheap. If you don't mind being ignored and treated rudely, this is the place to go!
This place has terrible communication skills. On different occasions I will call to make an order and the phone will just ring and ring. Now when I pull up to order in person I call right when I’m outside and I clearly see the employees ignoring the phone. They are just talking to one another like they don’t have a job to do. Like if you don’t want to work just say that ??♀️
Arrived to pick up my pizza, it was not ready, when I did get it it was wrong ,I ordered a custom veggie pizza, when I brought up my order being wrong they offered me a pepperoni pizza which is not only 7 dollars cheaper than my custom pizza ordered, I'm also vegetarian. Why would I want my veggie pizza replaced with a pepperoni pizza? Horrible service

Employee attitude could be adjusted. If you want cheap pizza this is the place to go but it seems like they upsell you on the extra most bestest because they never have the classic pizza ready to go. So they give you the option of waiting 20mins for pizza that should already be "hot n ready". Or you could just pay for the extra most bestest since it's already ready.
Horrible took 60 min after time said would be ready and every time some one else came in the cashier just kept saying wait time is 45 min. It sucked pizza was all cut messed up just horrible service.
Always liked little Caesars pizza. Never had anything negative experiences.

You have got to be kidding. Not only did I wait 30 minutes but when I get to the counter the kid working ask I would wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. So ultimately I wait almost an hour for a pizza. Drive 20 minutes home and the pizza isn't even cut. Idiots
