If I could give this place a no star I would .Beside that , this place is the most unprofessional donut shop anyone could go to. This place is run by rude attitude young workers who act like they don't want to work or having a bad day. You could have the most politest attitude and the worker would be so disrespectful. This place is disgusting !
My last experience was the only one I could've complained about & should have. I stopped in for a cpl dozen donuts & decided to get a coffee, an iced mocha - that no one knew how to make. An elderly gentleman working there said he could do it. Thank you sir for stepping up! However the coffee was undrinkable & took a very long time. Had 0 sweetness, 0 flavor to it. I had ordered a medium & was charged for a medium but was given a small. I could tell by the look of the coffee it was not going to be good & I was right. The donuts were good.
I like to buy this in original, i bought usually around Daly city. This is the 1st time I bought it in this location. The price went up became @15.49/ dozen. When i opened the box, I was surprised and really dissapointed, the donuts became smaller with the weird shape. The one I usually bought all looks the same size and round.
Nice and clean. VERY friendly staff. They looked super busy and still found the time to calmly take my order without rushing me. It was st. Patrick's day and there was a lot of people there and they kept the line moving. Good job, guys!
Bad day to get donuts. Probably because of Valentine's day. Cupboards were bare by 10am.People were looking and leaving. I ended up getting a couple of donuts I usually don't eat. Employees were doing their best to sale what they had on hand. I'll avoid valentine's day next year.
Walked in at 6:30 in the morning and the options were limited. Last I checked donuts are a morning breakfast item so they should’ve been ready to go.
I don't know if it's just me or what but I was not very fond of Krispy Kreme at all while I will say that their donuts were very fresh and the store was very clean the staff was very nice I personally did not care for the Krispy Kreme taste it just wasn't a good old-fashioned donut in my mind with that being said I would give the store and the staff two thumbs up I'm just not very fond of their donut recipe

I'm came in 7 in the morning and ask for mini donuts for my kids. They only had 2 types of mini donuts so I got it and it old and cold. It's overpriced.. they lost a customer because they are bunch of lazy employees kids!! Poor customer service. Never coming back
I had just left from the drive through at Krispy Kreme and I never thought I'd be leaving a review for a donut shop. Right away the girl who took my order was rude on the speaker but I paid it no mind. But then I come to the window and I've never met somebody in customer service so rude, we didn't ask for a thing and she did not say one word to us gave us dirty looks and then slammed the window in my face when I was trying to say thank you for the donuts.young girl braids and bape sweatshirt on. I honked my horn over and over staring at the employees because I wanted to speak to a manager and they wouldn't look back at me. I saw a recent review similar to mine. they are not making donuts a happy thing lol
