This place was terrible. It stinks on the inside and there are sticky stains and trash on the floor. The wait was unreasonable, since my order was simply a replacement thing of fries and gravy since my original fries and gravy were ruined when the gravy, with its ill sealed lid, spilled all over the fries and everything else in the bag... Anyway the amount of grief that I endured to have this food replaced not to mention the drive back and the wait, it was not an experience I'm eager to repeat. I'm probably going to look into Popeye's or Church's, I don't know. I don't even know if I like chicken this much.
Worse KFC I've ever been to. They're consistent at never having an anything ready. Poor customer service. Don't understand how they even stay open.
A few nights ago me and my family went there and it was about 8pm and we placed our order and the lady tells us oh sorry we are out of that and then we are like ok so we order something else and the white lady is like no we are out of that.. And if we wouldnt have asked what do u have she would of continued to let us order sh!t they are out of!! They had nothing!! They close at 10pm they are abunch of lazy BIG WHITE LADYS WHO DONT WANNA WORK! How hard is it to put stuff in the oven? Or the fryer? KFC UR LOOSING MONEY CUZ U HAVE LAZY PPL JUST COLLECTING A CHECK!!
Did not have mash potatoes and gravy and didn't ask me what I wanted for sides just gave me what they wanted to give
go through drive through and still have to park, then your order is not right
I was warned that it would take 9 minutes for crispy and 20 min for original. After 23 minutes of waiting I inquired with the staff who had asked me to wait outside. She worked on my order and I felt so bad for them because clearly they work hard and the wait time is out of their control. Lesson learned about the dinner rush.
This kfc got kids running around nd playing in there, Wait for hella long for my order and pickups when come last time my soda tasted nasty nd hella watery

They literally over work all there workers they leave 1 worker to run the whole store alone and close alone which isn't right at all this is a everyday thing when I go there over working underpaying and uts like why would I want to b a customer to a place that treats there employees so bad I only continue to go for the fact I feel horrible for the employees being mistreated and underpaid. make forsure to tip your fast food workers guys because places like this one are using them and it's truly not fair! huge shoutout to all the girls working all alone in a whole fast food place and still handling that!! you the real mvps!
