Love this place . Employees are excellent and I've always have gotten my food very promptly inside or drive-thru.
I I always get their tacos they're yummy they're good for a late time snack
Not sure if it's new management or what but food is always wrong, they forget things and are rude when you remind them. The lady threw the bag of chicken nuggets at me last night.
Drive-through line always takes an extremely long time and the people work in the window look dumpy and unprofessional
First did not except our app.order had to pay again, took a month to get a refund. Hadn't been back since, decided to go the other night and forgot our 7pc. jalapenos order. Live to far to go back. Called never answered the phone.
I'm never coming back here again when I got my food it was cold and the workers were so rude im never ever coming back again
The person that took my order was very impatient and bad manner. The one I went to is the one on hammer not sure of the off street. I reported her right away and I spoke to the manager and told her what had happened. They in return offered me drinks I didn't want it then she insisted on offering us some fresh cinnamon sticks so I took the offer. I would have given them a one star but because they took my complaint seriously, I am giving them a 3.
I am so disappointed today I went in to get my usual jumbo jacks it was a little after 9pm I was unaware that the dinning room is closed after 9pm the door was still open so I walked in and one of the young ladies whom I see almost every time I come here greeted me and said the usual and I told her 3this time as in 3 jumbo jacks me waiting and thinking they were going to ring up my food the lady in the front went to lock the door and asked me to leave I found it very rude and unprofessional she didn’t care that I walked to the store if I could I would of went through the drive through but I have no car anyways Jack in the box team I would like you all to do better and have a little more compassion and understanding and not so rude all the time it’s only a handful of people who acknowledge you and are kind to you every one else seems to always be in a bad mood all day .
Pricing on the menu boards do not match what they charge.. I mentioned this to them and they did not seem to be bothered by it. Didn't even apologize.
Originally had as a 4star... But they are hit n miss... Tacos either good or soaked in grease..Not to mention I ordered chili cheese fries and they gave me half a box ?
