As you pull into this Jack In The Box lot you will find a garbage lined parking area that makes you wonder what steps to cleanliness have been taken inside.It seems none.Both rest rooms were so filthy you couldn't wash your hands without further contamination.The floors of the lobby were unmopped and the dining area had trash on many tables.Looking at the kitchen we saw people handling money, then food and drink cups, without changing gloves.We left after being told they would "be right with you" twice. We were the only customers in the store.The Taco Bell next door was immaculate and fast with the food.Skip this potentially disease ridden place forever.
Not good..doors locked at 7:45pm wait in drive up for 30 min for them to say they are out of what I want...not the first time. all the time...we actually make jokes and get a back up order for Taco Bell or BK because they are always out of what we want and we live in the country with only the 3 choices .. didn't even want to give them 1 star but I have no choice!!

I went thru the drive-thru around 1:15 am on my way home, the lady came on the intercom came on laughing and say they were all on there 10 mintue break, at the same time. Never heard of this till reading thru these comments. Not to mention all the hand written signs saying cash only no bacon, no curly fries, no apple pay. Trash all over the floor. This is the 4th time I have tried to give this place a chance the 3 times before this, there was a trash can in the drive thru, super unprofessional. And a little upset jack in the box is letting this go on, seeing that I am not the 1st to experience this.
Me and my sister stopped in for curly fries, we were traveling back home and just needed a snack at 7:30am
I just visited this location February 16th 2022 at 7 PM and I was told by the lady at the window that they cannot take orders at this time because everyone is taking a break. Lol I have never heard of this anywhere.
always taking an insane amount of time to prepare an order. if you have the patience to wait an hour for your food this is your place
Horrible food ordered a salad was brown and wilted also grilled chicken wasn't cut or done should have known the drive up window was disgusting
Thanks for the food poisoning and a day in the er. Still feeling it three weeks later. Garbage all over the parking lot, homeless, this place belongs in the ghetto.
This jack in the box is good when it comes to making fresh food but I take my lunch at 2 am. I get to this location (4989 CA-99) at 2:05am and they have the garbage in front of the Drive through with the sign posted saying “sorry we are closed” this is the third time this week. Your work hrs say 6am-4am but the blocking of the drive through says something different
