Im just making this 5 star review because the woman working the drive thur window today had A+ customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she definitely deserves a good review. My order was done in a timely manner and correctly as well.
This place is good so nice you can walk in in the lobby. Always faster in the lobby than drive thu.
I waited for almost 30 mins before I got my two cold tacos. When I asked for taco sauce I was told just one minute which they really meant was wait 23 minutes
Food always hot employees always smile drive through is fast regardless of how long the line is and they know it's me when I order my drink . Power Zero half lemon half grape . Sometimes cherry lemon ?
They should call it very very slow food. It took a while to get our order and there are only three cars ahead of us. If there weren't any cars behind us we would have left.
Their Mexican lady work for drive through rude AF top of that they got my order wrong
From my personal experience, this is the best Jack in the Box in Stockton. This location not only gets my order right, but they give me fresh food, too! I only stop by here in the afternoons, so I can't attest to their morning and evening service. I definitely recommend this JitB for lunch, though.
Lol fast food thru the drive thru. Ordered my food and I was on my way within 10 minutes
Going through drive thru takes a bit sometimes but the food is great this time!!
this place is a hit and miss. sometime its great and somethimes everything sucks. but what would you expect from a major chain fast food joint.
