I love jack in the box, and even though this place messes up orders sometimes, it is not too big of a deal for me. The problem I have is the fact that 80% of the time I go to tis place around 2-4 a.m., there is always an "issue" with their computer. It's either down or not working or won't turn on. So much for being open 24/7 when almost everytime I go there in the a.m.'s, they never want to serve because their system is supposedly "down". Remove that 24 hour sign please and stop wasting people's time going there in the a.m.
I think the workers were more drunk then everyone in the line at the drive thru. Took 2 hours to get food and wish there was a way to leave the line but we were stuck wasting gas and the workers did not seem to care. Will never go back.
Never again the wait is so long and they always mess up orders and don’t know who’s order is who’s.
Never order here. Even if you are the only one in line they will act like it's an inconvenience to take your order and still not get your order right. The tomatoes were not even in the burger, the chicken was dry and overcooked and the lettuce was old and wilted. The food is as hoodrats as the people who work there. They were short worded and rude to my wife to the point she came home fighting back tears...... I've never seen her get this upset over trying to order our family some dinner. It obvious nobody in this place gives a sh!t
Ordered a chicken pita combo and it was not as advertised. Cold with 1 small piece of lettuce along with cold fries. So upsetting to order dinner after a hard day's work and receive such a poor prepared meal. The pita bread is literally hard as a fkn rock at the bottom. Yuck???????? Feb 15th 8:20pmHopefully everyone checks their meals and does not get burnt for their money as I just have. Will not return to this location.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY! THEY DON’T START YOUR ORDER UNTIL PAY & THEY KEEP ASKING WHAT MY ORDER WAS EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE MY RECEIPT! SMH
Great food and service but the wait in the drive thru takes to long
All in all the food is good, can't say too much about about when they forgot to put an item in my bag, or when they overcook to my Any rings.

It is 847pm 12/9 the drive through intercom does not work so you have to wait to place your order until you get to the window so of course the line is long. Easy way around this is to have the dining room open. It is supposed to be open until 10pm but they have it closed and the employees are mopping. Probably so they can go home earlier. Lazy careless employees
