ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!!!!!!This establishment allows their employees to STEAL and charge customer's credit cards for their own meals meals.My husband went through the drive through today and was not given his card back after it was charged. When he went to look for it we checked the bank while he went looking for it in the car. The bank showed that there were two separate charges for today and my husband only used his card once. When I asked did he remembered if they returned it, he did not, so he went back.When he got there, they made him walk from the front over to the drive thru window where the cars are to talk to someone. The person at the window looked and found his card, but told him he could not do the refund and he would have to call corp. Then the manager stepped in and said she could do the refund. And that was it. My problem is I dont know if my husband's card was copied or not, but that is unauthorized and it is theft, so you can best believe We will be filing a formal complaint and someone better have an answer how they will deal with this issue. Totally disgusted with this location!!!
Most horrible rude as F$!&. This lady in there pouring a gang of salt in the fry grease then more on the fries when they come out! You could literally see salt grains covering the fries which made them unbearable to even eat. They act like you bothering them in drive-thru. Man shut this nasty place down. Food been nasty they using stale bread and cheese that taste as if its been uncovered for days.
I want to know is it normal for a employee to bag a customer food in the back area .then come to the front when the food is already put in the bag .without informing the customer first. I found it very unappropriate .when normally the employer will put the food on the table to bag it right in front of you.why go to the back to bag my food ..
In the Drive thru for 20 plus min. Still in drive thru at this writing. 2 cars ahead of me...Also pre ordered and paid on the app. The order taker is telling me she sees no order... Horrible service
I went on a late night and was told they was out of chicken sandwiches till Monday but when ii went it was after midnight Monday morning then i had to wait stop super long just to get out of line buzz they don't have a wide drive thru very disappointing
Waited nearly half hour in drive through w 4 cars ahead of me. Waiting has always been terrible even well before covid. Finally made it to window and they had no change for a 50 paying for 16 dollar order. I am done with this location. What a joke.
NEVER EAT HERE!! They will act inconvenienced to take your order even if your the only one in line. Didn't get the order right at all. The food was disgusting, the chicken was dry, the lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were not even inside the burger. Then on top of that the trash working there was so rude to my wife she came home fighting back tears!! Read the reviews on this place. None that works here cares and the "owner" doesn't either... Don't tell me to go on your website and make a complain either... Show up and eat here unannounced
The visit was unsatisfactory. The receptionist had issues with taking my order. She tried refusing my service when I asked hee to repeat my order due to me not being able to receive my order correctly. All in all the receptionist ("she") failed to give me my correct order & wasted much time & caused a delay for customers behind me as well. It was bad visit.?
I can't get enough of that grilled chicken burger!! Yummmy!!
This is one of the better JIB in town and I always feel great after leaving.
