Super slow. Inside was no open, only the drive thru. It was only 6pm. Spent 40 mins in the drive thru. And there was about 5 cars ahead of me. That's horrible
Worst jack in the box ever! After being In the drive thru line for over 45 minutes and then finally getting to the order box.we weren't getting any service by employees so I drove up to the window only to be told by the window employee that they were going on their lunch break and it would be an hour before they were going to take any orders...I could not believe a 24 hour fast food restaurant would not only go on lunch break for an hour but they'd leave all of the customers still in line( there were at least 10 cars behind me ) and not post any notice that they were closing for lunch. Not to mention this wasn't in the best area of town and wouldn't recommend this place or experience to happen to Noone. If there was a zero star to be awarded they would get it.
I have excellent service I use my mobile app to order which means quicker faster service and excellent customer service
This is one of the few places I will eat at and I love the meat lovers Burrito served any time. Burrito by its self is a full meal. If you are really hungry get the meal deal. The salsa they have is not bad but nothing beats homemade salsa.
Lines are always slow literally! Waited like 20 mins just to order not to forgot get 10 more mins just to get to the window. Step y'all game up and be messing up orders at Times. Might have to call corporate .
Consistently slow. The last three times I have visited I left after waiting for 20 minutes. They cannot move the service line and the owner is aware they have this issue. I would rather give my money to McDonalds down the street than this slow Jack n box. If they are going to be this slow their food needs to be half off.
This location is consistently the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever frequented. Generally takes over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Otherwise good food, friendly service. Double bacon bfast sandwich not very bacony. ?
The sign says drive through open 24 hrs a day. But no one responded to me for service even though there were three cars in the parking lot and the girl with the headset on her phone did the best to ignore me.
The person working the window Israel was the best, most friendly employee there. He meets your eyes wile speaking to you like you are human and I find that refreshing. A service worker who seems to like the public. My complaint is I ordered 1 item, an egg roll and it was ice cold. Disgusting and inedible!!! How could that happen??? They have to have made them a few times, right???!!!
